This stay had both positives and negatives.The unit itself was clean, had working air conditioning, and was conveniently located near food and stores.However, the overall experience was frustrating due to constant follow-up required. After booking, my reservation did not appear in the VRBO app inbox and I had to reach out. I was told the address and door code would be provided closer to check-in, but I had to follow up multiple times to receive both, including waiting until after check-in time for the door code.The biggest issue was that the 70” living room TV did not work. I reported it on the first day and was told maintenance would be contacted, but I never received an update and it was never fixed. I later saw a February 2026 review from another guest reporting the same issue, which suggests the issue may be ongoing.Additional downsides included an unkempt backyard, very limited cookware, and an extremely firm mattress in the master bedroom which may not suit all guests.While the host was polite and responsive through text, the lack of follow-through and unresolved issues made the stay disappointing. I unfortunately would not stay here again.

Place was not clean, living room tv did not work during our entire visit. Broken fixtures, lack of kitchen accessories and the poorest customer service from host and vrbo. No one sent out a maintenance person to address the issues. in the future

Nice clean place except the back yard was very overgrown with weeds as high as my chest and nothing like the picture shown. The neighbors trees were at least 5 feet growing into the back yard. If you have a pet don't think they'll have a place to run around bc they won't! it's all weeds! If you want to mix a bag salad don't think you'll have a bowl to mix it in bc there isn't any, if you want to open any canned goods there's no can opener, you want to open a beer there's no bottle opener, you need a big pot to cook pasta forget that too as only medium sauce pan and a smaller one. this kitchen isn't set up with basic cooking necessities that are needed. Lastly, when the host reaches out to see how you slept don't dare say anything negative about "her home" as she'll hold that against you!!! just lie & say it's all fine. Communication at the end was VERY SLOW bc in my opinion she was mad I voiced my concerns on how uncomfortable the couch & bed were. I'm sure all previous renters complained about the back yard too due to the many high weeds that weren't in the original picture posted! Her response was almost like she already knew about that issue was, yeah well get it taken care of & probably the same thing she tells every renter! oh well clean place if you don't mind the issues above. We personally wouldn't stay there again for those reasons. The host really knows how to work around the system w/ telling you what she needs so she can keep her VRBO status.

The host was responsive and had great communication. However, the cleanliness of the place was a little lackluster. The sheets on the beds were not clean. They had dust and hair in them. We had to wash them so we would feel comfortable sleeping. The water pressure was low for the showers. Other than that, good location and access to things

I would stay at this property anytime. All was wonderful . Warning do not book if it is a non refundable reservation. The property rules are outrageous with warnings of extreme penalties. At the time of my booking the rules were not posted. Having stayed at the property the owner was amazing and I hope she changes her property rules. Then it would be perfect.
