The home has an open concept, making for a comfortable and spacious stay. The living area offers a sectional couch and a large screen smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and all the necessities to cook a meal. The living area and movie room have French doors leading you straight to the beautiful backyard. These French doors are set up with double safety handles for child safety. The fully enclosed backyard is a stunning area to gather around and enjoy one another's company around a fire in the cooler Arizona evenings. An outdoor space with loungers, a covered patio, and a quaint Arizona fire pit are ready for you to relax with and have fun!
Who wants to snuggle up for a movie? Book now to experience the movie theater room with recliners, an 82" smart screen tv, sound bar, and a subwoofer!
Want to get competitive? Head to the game room with an air hockey/ping pong conversion table and a foosball table for your competitive, playful side!
Because we love family time, we devoted an entire room to family game night with a large round table for board games, poker, or whatever suits you! Or challenge each other in an NBA Jam or shuffleboard tournament. Additionally, a teen hangout loft with gaming chairs, tons of kids' board games, and floor puzzles is central in the upstairs sleeping areas.
Two Master Suites with comfortable King-size beds are available for your convenience and comfort. One Master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second Master bedroom is situated right across the kids' room for quick and easy access to your smaller children. The darling children's room may be my favorite, with 4 single bunkbeds, a tent hideaway reading/play nook, and plenty of space for your little superheroes to play. The other 2 of the 5 bedrooms offer comfortable Queen size beds, one with desk space for those still needing a workspace for jobs or school and the other offering a private coffee bar.

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
Pool heat is an additional $150.00 + tax daily. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you!
*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
