The maximum occupancy is 13 registered guests at any time, in accordance with local regulations and our permit requirements. Unregistered visitors or gatherings exceeding this limit are not permitted.

🐾 Pet Policy:
Bringing a four-legged companion along? We’re happy to welcome one dog only (subject to our insurance-approved breed guidelines) for a $125 + tax pet fee per stay. Unfortunately, cats and other pets are not permitted. We kindly ask that the dog remain leashed outdoors, is not left unattended inside unless properly crated, and that all waste is picked up promptly. We look forward to hosting you — paws and all! 🐾
