PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS - single level

Prestigious desert landscape and luxury amenities will welcome you to our full-service property, located within The Rocks Luxury Residence Club; a secluded area of homes located between Troon Mountain and Pinnacle Peak set on 22 private acres. Enter through the guard gate into this secluded and private oasis. A personal concierge will be available to serve. Take a short walk to The Rocks private clubhouse with access to all amenities. Nine championship golf courses are nearby.

The southwest-style clubhouse features two large pools with poolside food and beverage service, a Jacuzzi hot tub, and a fitness center with the latest TRUE fitness equipment and private locker rooms with steam rooms and spa treatment rooms.

Complimentary daily continental breakfast may be enjoyed indoors or outdoors, and an all-day lunch and dinner menu is also available. Relax in the stately bar and lounge, billiards room, or private cigar terrace.


THE ROCKS CLUB AMENITIES AND PERKS


HOUSEKEEPING

✔ Daily service is provided and includes making beds, emptying trash and dishwasher, wiping down kitchen and bathroom counters, cleaning showers, replenishing bathroom and kitchen amenities, and providing fresh towels. This is $75/day. Our booking software only calculates 3 days initially ($225). For stays longer than 3 days, we will add this on manually to the booking.

✔ Full service is provided on the 4th day of visits over 5 days and includes all daily services plus sheet change, vacuum, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and back patio.


ON-PROPERTY DINING

✔ Complimentary continental "Grab n Go" breakfast is served daily from 7:00am - 10:00am. Hot breakfast items are available for purchase and served until 11:00am.

✔ A Clubhouse menu is served daily from 7am to 7pm.

✔ In-residence dining for breakfast and lunch are available in your villa. Chef prepared in-villa dining and pre-prepared BBQ packages are available with advanced arrangement. Grocery shopping and fridge stocking available with advance notice. Fees apply.

✔ Member Reception is held every Monday in the clubhouse from 4:00pm-5:00pm with complimentary cocktails and hors d’oeuvres

THE ROCKS - THINGS TO KNOW

✔ Staffed and managed by our trusted partners at The Rocks Luxury Residence Club and Troon Properties.

✔ Your private hot tub and plunge pool are the same. They can be heated up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit to function as a hot tub, or cooled down to function as a plunge pool at 85 degrees.

✔ During the months of mid-September through October, golf courses undergo annual overseeding in preparation for the upcoming golf season. After that, the golf courses are cart paths only for about a month after reopening. Please check with courses to get an exact date they will be off the cart path restriction for the 2024 season

✔ The Rocks Club offers spa treatments in your home or at the clubhouse.

✔ No pets.

✔ Daily housekeeping is $75/day (for stays longer than 3 days, we will increase/adjust reservation as our system only shows up to $225). Please contact us if you have any questions.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES

We’ll be happy to refer you to our approved vendors for all services performed at the property.

✔ Concierge Service available seven days a week. Will organize golf, excursions and assist with questions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The traveler's credit card is not charged until 30 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy.

Check-in time begins at 4:00 PM

Check-out time is at 11:00 AM

You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

-Must be a minimum of 30 years of age to book this property.

-Deposit of $500 required at time of booking. This goes toward your final payment. It is refundable if cancellation takes place within our cancellation period.

-The property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication.

-There are no parties or events allowed at this property.

-No pets
