The balcony door was off track and didn’t close correctly. They didn’t have free breakfast. Spa didn’t work. The hotel is older and they just tried to add bandaids to fix things- which is terrible .

The bar area was friendly and helpful, The front desk one couldn’t even get a hello, welcome to our hotel. Just putting in their time. Pool was needing cleaning and hot tub did not work. Room were clean. Very dated hotel.

Great location for our travels. Booked last minute so paid for that, however, the room was clean, staff was friendly and attentive and the property felt safe and was well kept. The amenities with the pool, hot tub, patio area and laundry are fabulous. The fitness center needs some serious cleaning, but is nice they have one available onsite. The restaurant is convenient, however, we ended up leaving for all of our meals as the food is mediocre. Overall I would book with Wyndham Phoenix Airport/Tempe for my next visit.

Hotel is not like it seems we had a water leak we asked them to change our sheets ans bring us towels while we were gone and whenn we got back later that night they didnt so we called no one could help us so they brought towels and gave us sheets tonchange them our selfs the first night we had two beers each at the bar it cost us 40 dollars and then the next morning we had breakfast it was cold and nasty i ordered oatmeal it was pure water i couldnt eat it and because evrything else was cold i wasnt ordering anything else the young girl helping breakfast had no customer service skills was completely rude when i showedd her the oatmeal her response was ok ill take it off the bill extremely rude like i was an inconvenience to her.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around, especially traveling with family. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!
