Absolutely the worst hotel stay of my life. Sundae, unsanitary, and service was atrocious. 1- you have to be buzzed in to get into the lobby. The parking lot is not well lit and there are homeless people in tents across the lot. 2- the room itself was dirty, mismatched, missing pictures from frames, toilet dirty and toilet seat cracked, sink dirty, bedding was dirty, towels dirty and stained, cheap alarm clock on the dusty bedside table was wrong. 3- Water pressure in the shower was low, and there was a wide open vent immediately in front of the shower which looked suspect. Floor was sticky when I got out of the shower. And the shelving was stained and dusty. The plus in the bathroom did not work. All plugs in the room Gfci rated. 4- loud, outside is the 17 and traffic was heard through the window. Patrons inside the hotel are easily heard, and people outside were loud. My window frame was broken and the screen was bent and not on the window fully. 5- I expressed my concerns with Expedia and requested a refund and that I was unsafe and leaving the premise. The hotel agreed to my refund. Then they changed their minds? Lisa at the front desk was extremely rude and disconnected my call. Will dispute the charge and warn anyone about this place.

Dirty tables, and towels had brown and red stains, but bed was clean. The halls and the elevator smelled like urine, and the third floor smelled like rotten food. Staff was friendly and parking seemed safe.

Not the worst stay but probably wont stay again.The room was very very damp and smelled strongly of mold/mildew, found burnt aluminum foil and a straw stuffed in between couch cushions, there was no ice machine and they charge $4 for a soda , but on the positive side the bathroom that was large and clean, the shampoo and conditioner in the prefilled dispenser in the shower was awesome and they have a nice 24 hr laundry room and comfy beds
