Backyard is an entertainers dream. Has a beautiful sparkling pool with an amazing waterfall rock feature. BBQ and firepit. Huge patio with plenty of sitting area. Fans and speakers. pool can be heated for a daily or weekly fee.

Smart TVs in ALL the bedrooms and (2) 65" tvs in the living room and game room.
Cox Gigablast High speed internet and wifi.
Game room with PlayStation 1 2 and 3, Xbox One. An Arcade with 10,000 games to choose from.
Amazing pool table.
Smart TVs have all the apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney Plus. HBO Max.
Super high end Kitchen appliances for all your cooking or baking needs. All cooking supplies included.
Free parking inside the garage.
RO water system.

Theres a Movie theater, Mall and tons of excellent restaurants within a mile.

You will have the entire place to yourself. Excluding 2 locked cleaning supply closets. I do require photo ID after booking. You can send a picture through the messaging app here. Once confirmed I will send over instructions to access the property. I will issue a code to our front door right before arrival. **there are 4 cameras on the Exterior of the property.**

We will not be available in person. Guests can contact us at any time through here. We live close by and can assist if need be. We also have a maintenance crew if any repair is needed on the spot.

***PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOME*** It costs us $750 to have a professional company come out to clean the home. You will be responsible for this amount if you do.

Great for families. Our group of nine was very comfortable. Study the rooms/beds details to make sure it’ll work for your group. Love the waterfall. Wish the master bath had a door.

The good: the house is very spacious and the a/c works well. It was a great location for our needs, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We could use the garage to park our vehicle and the pool was heated as advertised (for an additional fee). Check in was easy and questions were answered in a mostly timely manner. The bad: The house is a bit run down. Shutters/blinds don’t open, the fridge had a broke shelf, the patio furniture was old and very dirty. The ceiling fans are dirty. The backyard is not well maintained. Long grass and broken/discarded flower pots. The pool had algae around the edge and the water was cloudy. There was a full garbage can upon or arrival on the patio. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty. Some cups had dried beer in them. There was no soap for the dishwasher (we bought some) so we wondered how dishes got washed before our arrival. But the worst was the sliding glass door that is used to access the backyard. It barely would slide and most people in our party couldn’t open or close it. It needs to be replaced. It was horrible. I don’t usually leave bad reviews. I let the property manager know about the pool and the door. Someone did show up to “shock” the pool, but we were told that no one had time to fix the slider. Before leaving this review, I let the manager know of all of the issues. The response was just “understood”. No apology, no promise to get things fixed for the next renter. Nothing.

Laundry was convenient kitchen was organized and easy to find utensils because of the labeling on the cabinets, rooms are clean host returned my calls, but misleading on how many it sleeps at the most it could sleep 12 and only seven individual beds, we were one bed short for one person. The master bathroom did not have a door for privacy.

What a great house! The host was very responsive and very accommodating! We have a large family and were in town for a family wedding. This was a great place for everyone to gather together for down time, games, food, and lots of fun in the days leading up to the event. Plenty of room and things to do for all, young and old.

This house was everything and more from what I seen in the pictures. The host was very accommodating. At 1st i didn't want the heat on in the pool but found out fast i was very wrong. I messaged the host and she had someone come over and turn it on in a timely matter. We had a great week stay with zero problems

Easy valley gem

We loved the property. It was just perfect for our family. House was well stocked and clean. Location is close to the 202 and the 60, so easy to get around. Had all the amenities we needed! I would recommend this property to anyone for a great getaway.

All went well things where perfect will stay there again in the future only weird thing was camera in the back yard watching us pool table needs some tlc and new pool sticks are needed other then that it was perfect I would recommend it to anyone
