This stunning one-story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is located within a gated community on the award-winning Ocotillo Golf Course: a 185-acre, 27-hole championship course with lush landscaping and picturesque water features that create a unique alternative to the traditional desert golf experience. This home's private fenced-in backyard overlooks Ocotillo's breathtaking course and offers comfy patio seating, a BBQ, a heated pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs.

There is a $50 fee per day to heat the pool and hot tub. The heating system has an app,so we know when it is on.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Chandler Fashion Center. Features include an outdoor pool, 1 hot tub and laundry facilities. The holiday home includes amenities such as a private pool and 2.5 bathrooms.
