Celebration of Life

We were in town for my brothers celebration of life. The location was beyond perfect. The neighborhood was of memories. My parents actually lived next-door at one time. My brother who passed lived in the building behind. So it was just a great reminiscent time for us. I would highly recommend. This location. So convenient to everything. Will definitely use this location again. Can’t say enough good things. It’s appropriately listed toward the pictures show. The Pac-Man game was a big hit. Brought back memories of being a teenager. Spring Break

This condo is in a residential neighborhood, with some neighbors living there full time, so it was very quiet and felt safe. The pool area was clean, although we did not swim. A bit tricky to find at night, but the host provided excellent instructions. The condo itself was spacious, and we found some basic provisions already waiting for us in both the kitchens and bathrooms, which was a very nice surprise. Great location for enjoying Scottsdale, but also for visiting ASU's Tempe campus. We would stay here again!

Very nice place perfect for our stay. Very neighborhood which was fine since we were on a chill getaway. Pool heater broke that’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Not the host’s fault at all.

Great place - great location

This was a great place to stay, and the location was fantastic - SO close to Old Scottsdale and Fashion Square. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and great for our family spring break. The property was well-maintained and quiet.A few small detriments we encountered: Some confusion about whether the pool was heated (it was not while we were there), would recommend updating the bathroom linens, and feel the security code for the door could be stronger.

A lot of attention to detail. Loved it. Hair dyer that actually worked well. Well stocked with the little stuff like QTips. Didn’t have any issues but before we got there they sent us all the details including several numbers we could contact in case you do. Nice sized place as well

Nice property and amenities. Comfortable beds. Great location and easy walk to Old Town Scottsdale. Wish the pool was heated in January but otherwise would definitely recommend.

Location, location, location!

The rental was clean, comfortable, and well maintained...a perfect size for my family of four...but by far the best feature was the location. In addition to the proximity to downtown, grocery shopping, and other conveniences, it's a block away from the canal, which is a surprisingly lovely place to take a walk anytime of day.

Great location

Comfortable second floor condo. We shared the condo with another couple. The beds were adequate, the queen could use an upgrade. We did not use the bunk beds so cannot speak to their comfort. Towels were a little small .Shower was nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Toilet in second bathroom was short for seniors used to comfort height! The location was very nice. We could have easily taken a bus to many of the city locations. We ended up renting a car as we wanted to go to Sedona. We arrived after dark and found the entrance confusing. We were expecting a gated community similar to what we experienced in Florida, where you drive a car through a gate! It took a few anxious minutes to figure out that you parked outside the complex and entered a gate on foot. We appreciated the nearby walking/bikiing path that ran along the Arizona canal . All in all it was a good experience for our first trip to Arizona.

Girls Weekend

Overall the condo was the perfect size for me and my three girlfriends. We loved the location, usually a $7-10 Uber ride to Old Town. We still ended up renting a car, so we appreciated the covered parking spot. Quiet community but great neighbours. The pool was lovely, gets shade after 4pm which was nice. Condo was clean and bed comfortable. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Property very nice & very clean. One problem the Keurig did not work properly. Other problem, we had a very early flight. Normally you just need to load dishwasher and put on wash. We were asked to wash & dry & put away dishes, that did not happen since we had to leave a 6AM. Also trash bins were not real close & had to look around for it. One more thing, only one towel for pool and not enough bath towels. other than that, very nice condo. S. LoRusso

Everything was good. The only "complaint", which was very minor, was that it appeared from the pictures the outdoor area was private to the condo, but it is actually a shared area.
