I arrived slightly after 6pm and staff was not no longer on site. I have tried to communicate several times via phone/text - no response. Only got automated welcome messages :( it was very frustrating. Fire alarm in my room was beeping for no reason for over 30 min late night. No response from staff. Needed extra blanket - zero response. I do not understand how this place got good reviews, my room looked VERY outdated and unpleasant :(

This is a classic example of not judging a book by its cover. It’s an older property, but the interiors are renovated and modern. My room was much larger than expected and the bed was comfortable. The parking lot is bright and well-lit, which is always a priority for me. A very solid, comfortable experience

People were so mean and ghetto it was wild 😭 I came in sick and this curly headed girl threatened me with cops while I payed waiting for a room. I would disregard this hotel they close their service at 6pm and have people harassing u after to go to ur room . Yeah good luck place is beautiful but the people make it look so crappy and so unhomey I'm sorry but people should not work there if they are unhappy with their own lives.... Plus good luck calling corporate they don't have a number 😂 lmao

I loved the check in/out. There was a stale cigarette smell in the room. We had to kill about a dozen mosquitoes. The bathroom door would not close. The shower stabilization bar was falling out of the wall. The window side night stand lamp would not turn on and neither lamp wouldn't charge our devices.

The staff here are so helpful and kind. The young man at reception was very patient even though I couldn't get my door code to work multiple times (due to my own error, it turned out!). The rooms are enormous - really more like a 1 bedroom apartment than a motel room. Everything is spotlessly clean and well-stocked throughout the facility.
