An awesome stay and highly recommended

From the easy peasy check in (pertinent information like room number, the codes to gain entry to the room and property were emailed prior to arrival) to the awesome welcome basket of snacks and drinks, to the friendly staff, it was an awesome experience. The room was old school extended stay, with a big screen tv that rivals or exceeds some household ones, including mine lol, and also featured all the amenities one might need to cook up a dinner in the room. Nice living room setup and separate bedroom made for privacy and convenience. Nothing really noticeable on the sanitary conditions save for a piece of hair stuck on the shower handle. No big deal. I realize not everyone gets these kinds of experience because I read reviews too and see negative ones, including ones for this establishment. But as a somewhat frequent traveler that has seen my share of bad hotels and customer service, I must say that this place is certainly at the top of the best places I have stayed at. 👍

Even though the area around is typical of a big city, I felt very safe staying here with my kids before our flight out. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and near. Very large and spacious. Even had a nice little basket with treats in it. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend!

The room was clean, but the cleaning detergent left a very strong scent that was overwhelming. The nightstand was sticky, not because it was dirty, the paint seemed to be stripped from the cleaning agent, I believe. The room was very clean. The bedding was the bare minimum. Some of the residents/guests were sketchy, but I felt safe.
