Everyone was amazing!! I got stuck on the lake in a paddle boat, and the staff that “ rescued” me.. I stayed here when it was the McCormick Inn years ago. And it is still first class!! I’ll stay back here again and again!!

The pool bar wasn't open. The music wasn't loud enough to hear. The burger I ordered took 25 minutes to be delivered which was the wrong burger. It was not the Southwest burger that I ordered, it cdid not have the avocado tortilla strips proper cheese nor aioli sauce. The bartender took my order back to the kitchen twice keeping the same burger which was just warm when returned to me.

Room was dirty when we arrived told the front desk they didn't offer to switch to a different room even after we showed the photos, we took her comment was yuck! Staff was rude it was like we were an inconvenience while there. Coffee machine broken and no draft beer at bar cooler broken. Will not stay here again this was our second stay and the first time was not much better thought I would give a second chance. Too many other options to stay elsewhere close. Expedia has this hotel a 3 star its truly 1.5 at best. disappointing stay.

My room was clean and smelled good upon entering. The outlet that the coffee pot was set up at did not work, also both headboard reading lights did not work. The parking lot was broken asphalt, dirt and rocks, nasty to walk in flip flops in. The front of the outside building looked unkept. Inside -4 stars, outside 1/2 star.

Needs a once over. Staff seemed overwhelmed and no overnight housekeeping. Leaves everything to the front desk. The room itself I asked for housekeeping to refresh and change linen as there was a visible stain on the lower part. Never was provided a change only a sheet cover after the second request.

The bartender, Terry, is the best!! He added a level of friendliness and conversation that made our experience truly amazing! We will be back! We also had a wonderful experience checking in. The woman at the front desk was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here.
