The Super Bowl Fun House!!!

This house comes with every amenity I could think of. It has a diving pool, hot tub, huge bbq, giant connect 4, giant Jenga, pool floats, 4 hole putting golf course with golf clubs and balls provided. Also elevation on the rough to work on chipping. Multiple massive gazebos with lights to enjoy the night. Inside there is a two person pop a shot, pool table, dart board, an arcade with every arcade game ever made, an X-box series X with 4 controllers and a ton of games including the xbox pass, Nintendo Switch with 4 controllers, Sonos surround sound throughout the house which is the best available for partying or watching sporting events, I also have two sets of golf clubs, a golf cart juiced up and ready to go, three electric bikes that go super fast (ride at your own risk) and a one wheel board. Full size gym with good weights and dumbbell select tech 1090s that go up to 90lbs. A fight camp boxing bag that tracks your punches to the tv and walks you through combos and getting a tremendous boxing workout while perfecting your form. House will be loaded with booze and food for your use. The office has a super computer, laser printer and all office supplies are available as well. Also we have flat screens throughout the property, all are top of the line and massive the one in the family room is 90” master is 80” rest are 55” throughout. Link the surround sound to whatever you are watching and you will be fully immersed in an truly exceptional experience. The house is a full smart house so you have a control panel in the kitchen that controls everything throughout. The front door is a Yale lock so you can share your password with your party and no keys needed.
