This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom split floorplan condo in an amenity rich gated community near some of Gilbert and Mesa's newest attractions. All within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and entertainment. A quiet, low traffic road can get you onto the US60 within seconds and it is within walking distance to Banner Gateway Hospital. The overall experience was great. The only downside were the stairs. We are in our 70's and hauling suitcases up and down was a lot of work, as well as multiple trips after grocery shopping. The pool was wonderful. I am a swimmer and really enjoyed the pool.
