The area is full of mariner history back to Captain John Smith visiting Gywn's Island. The charming area still thrives from oysters and crab watermen. Water activities nearby. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place towels in laundry basket or showers.
Place trash in large blue “Ambrose” trash can and place blue container at edge of driveway for pickup by Ambrose trash truck.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Feel free to use the dock in front of the house. Please return any chairs that you take to the dock. Do not use the neighbor's dock to the right.
Please take all your trash out and put it in the large blue AMBROSE trash can. Pick-up is Wednesday morning at 0900.
