Kivitalo panoraamanäkymät lahden Figari, ulkokylpylästä

Talo sijaitsee 15 minuutin päässä Bonifacio ja 25 minuutin päässä Porto-Vecchio, Hamlet Pianotolli: Caldarello, villi ja suojattu ympäristö, sataman. Kuuluisa rannat Pianottoli on vakiintunut niiden kauneus on kuuluisa. Olemme myös tutustua luonnonsuojelualueen Bruzzi. Sartène on vain 30 minuuttia.
Tämä uusi kivitalo 85 m2 4 hengelle, tarjoaa näkymän lahdelle Figari ja Sardinian ja jopa Genoese torni 16. Pianottoli historiallinen muistomerkki. Se tarjoaa kaikki mukavuudet ja siisti sisustus: ulkoporeallas, terassi, ilmastointi joka huoneessa, plancha, WiFi-yhteys, TV ...
Pääsisäänkäynti talon sijaitsee luola nurkassa pöytä bistro. Ominaisuudet tämä talo on sen monta ikkunaa, jotka antavat vaikutelman ulkopuolella asuvien vaikka olivatkin sisällä.
RC, ovat tupa avoin, moderni keittiö (uuni, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, jääkaappi ...), kodinhoitohuone, jossa pesukone, erillinen wc, makuuhuone 2 vuodetta 90 voi yhdistettävä patja 180 ja suihku näkymät tärkein terassi suuri pöytä.
Yläkerrassa, makuuhuone terassi ja kannen näköala merelle, Omu di Cagna ja Figarin lentokenttää, suihku ja wc. Auringonlaskua ovat näyttäviä.

Muuta: Talo on täysin savuton, Ei lemmikkejä, ei liikuntarajoitteisille, vauvan pinnasänky ja syöttötuoli, valinnainen pellava.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Etelä-Korsikan rannat. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Agréable sejour vue sur Mer

Maison très agréable à vivre, vue sur Mer, même sous la douche. Sans vis à vis. Dume nous a très bien reçu, personne très agréable ainsi que les voisins. Les propriétaires ont tout fait pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Très bien situé. 20 min à pieds des commerces et à 20 min à pied du port. A 20 min de Bonifacio et 30 min de Porto vecchio. En conclusion nous avons passés 15 jours de vraies vacances. Merci pour tout.

Wundervolle Woche

Wir waren eine Woche mit unseren beiden Söhnen da und haben jede Minute genossen. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der gesamte Außenbeleuchtung liegt abends im Schatten. Dies haben wir sehr genossen. Die Flugzeuge und Autos haben uns am ersten Tag (Samstag) etwas gestört abends. An den anderen Tagen war es so wenig, dass wir die Wohnung dennoch uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir werden irgendwann ganz sicher wieder kommen.

La villa est parfaite. Tout y est fait pour se sentir bien. Les plages à proximité sont magnifiques, la literie excellente, la déco soignée, l’équipement de cuisine complet. La proximité de la l’aéroport n’est pas dérangeante, au contraire pour nous qui arrivions en avion de Figari. C’est un coin de paradis. Merci pour tout.

Great house!

La maison est magnifique, en excellent état, bien située avec une vue superbe. De plus elle est située telle que l'on est protégé du vent et avec un bel auvent. Les deux chambres sont sur différents niveaux ce qui laisse beaucoup d'intimité et de liberté. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et la vaisselle est magnifique. Nous recommandons ve logement sans aucune restreinte .

The villa was perfect, and the attention to details that the host’s has shown throughout this villa is exceptional. The villa was personal and well equipped. And to round it all off the host’s were so nice to us. Overall a great stay I would definitely recommend! Relax and enjoy your visit!

Hébergement très cher pour la saison, fin septembre. Le check-in initial était fixé à 17h alors qu'Expédia mentionnait 15h. Notre avion atterrissait à 10h. L'hébergeur n'est pas commode, j'ai reçu un mail d'une page de sa part très virulent la veille de notre départ qui n'avait que nenni du handicap de mon épouse. Ils ont quand même accepté le check-in à 15h, mais par contre pas de tolérance pour le check-out à 10h. Le logement était vraiment bien, la vue est magnifique avec un peu de bruit de la route et des avions, mais globalement nous ne regrettons pas notre choix grâce à l'aide précieuse de notre ami Corse. "L'humain doit toujours primer sur le côté financier, ne jamais l'oublier en tant que commerçant".

Excellent house - the best we've rented so far

When we go on vacation we prefer renting a decent house in a good location, cater ourselves and stay for 1-2 weeks to explore the area. Let me start with the communication at first. This went all fine even though I don't speak French. But English works, and Google Translate can help to. When we arrived the father of the owners welcomed us and guided us around. If you don't speak French, this gets a bit complicated. But all fine. The house was super clean - and it is exactly as shown in the pictures. Nothing is made up. It is the best decorated place I have ever seen. The terrace is great as are the rooms. Everything is high quality. The beds are excellent. To us, this is really important. And I have to mention that the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I have ever head (only a decently sized slicing/cutting board is missing). The kitchen is actually better equipped than our own at home. The only tiny downside is the proximity of Figari airport. At least on the weekends in August you'll have up to almost 100 flight movements where half of them pass by in nice visibility from the terrace and the hot tub. We got used to that but for some people this may play a role. We enjoyed our stay a lot - thanks!!

Wunderschönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht

Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Haus mit einer traumhaften Aussicht über die Bucht von Figari. Alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert und hergerichtet. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr netter Empfang mit einem kleinen Geschenkkorb und herzliche Betreuung seitens der Besitzter. Wir haben in diesem Haus einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Eingebetet in der Natur bietet das Haus eine optimale Ausgangslage um einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub fern ab von allem Trubel zu geniessen. Im Dorf Pianotlli-Caldarello etwa 3 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto, sind zwei grössere Läden (SPAR und SUPER U) vorhanden wo man alles einkaufen kann. Die drei Strände (Plage de Pianotlli-Caldarello / Plage de Saint Jean sowie Plage la Baleine) sind ebenfalls in nur wenigen Fahrminuten vom Haus entfernt. Rundum hatten wir einen fantastischen Urlaub und können nur positives Berichten.

Vue exceptionnelle et équipement haut de gamme

Une villa remarquable tant au niveau de son exposition que du confort. L'optimisation de l'espace est remarquable et la construction atypique. Côté équipements, que du haut de gamme ... Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour ! On en oublie même rapidement le passage assez régulier des avions (aéroport de Figari) et la proximité de la route ... Nous recommandons vivement !

Maison très agréable

Notre séjour s'est bien déroulé. L'emplacement était idéal pour nous de par sa proximité avec Figari. La maison est absolument conforme à la description qui en est faite par les textes et les photos. Elle dispose de tous les équipements dont vous pourriez avec besoin. La vue est absolument splendide. Les environs sont calmes. Les avions qui passent ne sont pas gênant. À noter quand même: - l'accès à la maison qui peut être compliqué avec "l'escalier" extérieur, non éclairé la nuit de plus, - l'escalier intérieur peut être complexe, par exemple pour une personne ayant comme moi des difficultés motrices. Nous recommandons totalement cette location.

Amazing holiday home

We (my wife, me and our 17y old son) spend our vacation in Priscille and Davide`s holiday home late in August 2021 and I have to say that the property is nothing less than spectacular! The house itself has a wonderful and deliberate layout. In the ground floor there is the main living room that is combined with the kitchen area. The living room has a glass front towards the main patio that can be opened up which means that being inside of the house or outside on the patio flows smoothly into each other. From both the living room and the main patio you have a stunning view on the Golf or Figari, the Mediterranean Sea and the hills of Sardinia. The bedroom on the ground floor also has a glass front to the main patio which gives the same stunning view to the sea. Further on the ground floor is the bathroom, a separate toilet and a storeroom. The first floor is reached from an open stair and has the second bedroom, a separate bathroom and toilet and the first-floor patio that has an even more stunning view on the Mediterranean. Thus, in the first floor the kids or a second couple can have their own area and can stay a bit for themselves. Another amazing detail of the house is “The Rock” which is a massive granite rock just behind the house that is almost as large as the house itself and has been integrated with the architecture of the property. The gap between the rock and the house has been used to form a small patio that has a little garden, a place to sit and the area for the grill. The rock is stunning and the patio is a nice place to hang out specially when it is hot as it is sheltered from the sun. The kitchen has tableware in abundance. Oven, microwave, fringe is all there as well as any kind of kitchen tool you can think of. Preparing a dinner for a huge crowd of guests could be easily done in this kitchen! A word on the decoration of the house: We could have spent the entire week of our stay just for exploring all the details of the decoration! I cannot imagine how much effort must have been spend on the decoration. All is very nice and elegant! When we arrived everything out- and inside the house was as clean and tidy as if it was all new and had never been used before! The village of Pianottoli-Caldarello is nearby, either a 3min drive or a 15min walk. It is small but you will find there two supermarkets, bakeries and a few restaurants (but we didn´t went there). In summary, the house is absolutely amazing and I can only recommend it!

Le village de Pianotolli offre tout ce dont on a besoin et la position de la maison est idéale pour rayonner sur la côte Sud. Un grand merci aux parents pour l'accueil formidable.

Un grand moment de bonheur

Un séjour au top - Priscille et sa famille furent des hotes remarquables et la villa est un second chez soi où tout est beau et fonctionnel. Son emplacement est idéal, les hauteurs offrant un point de vue remarquable sur la baie tout en permettant un accès à pied aux plages via un magnifique sentier. Nous avons adoré ces vacances en famille et nous pensons déjà à y revenir...

Perfect base for south Corsica exploring

We very much enjoyed this house with the amazing views over the bay of Figari. It exceeded our expectations - the view, the facilities, the communication with the owners Relaxing on the terrace, cooking in the "cave" and looking at the stars from the hot tub were greatly appreciated after days spent exploring south Corsica. Jolie maison, sur-équipée avec une jolie vue et bel emplacement

Séjour très agréable au sein de cette jolie maison qui a tous les équipements dont nous pouvons avoir besoin, même plus !!! Une jolie vue en plus sur la mer au loin. Très calme. Nous avons pus nous arranger sur l’heure d’arrivée ce qui nous a permis d’arriver juste après notre arrivée en bateau. Nous avons rencontré le Papa des propriétaires de la maison qui nous a accueillit et fait visiter la maison. Très agréable ! Rare de votre une maison ainsi en location! Nous recommandons. Bar et restau très sympas à proximité. De même pour les plages.

Casa perfetta per vacanza con famiglia

La casetta ha una posizione stupenda con vista sul golfo di Figari. Perfettamente inserita nell’ambiente di rocce e vegetazione che la circondano, ha camere comode, dotate di aria condizionata, bagni molto ampi e una terrazza in cui è perfetto cenare.
