Everything was great about our stay except for the misunderstanding in the morning about check out time. Our confirmation with Expedia showed that the check out was 11am. Just after 10 a cleaner came into our room telling us our check out was 10, even though the Expedia app said 11am! Shortly afterwards the reception manager came to our room to tell us we were wrong! She was quite aggressive. So we hurried up our breakfast (the hotel details said you could get a continental breakfast there, but it’s not available any more). We eventually checked out at 10.45 but an unfortunate end to our stay, which apart from that was wonderful. As we are in the hospitality business we would have handled this misunderstanding differently. We were going to book another night in Jasmine Court on our return journey, but won’t be doing this now.

Nice receptionist, very clean and good bed. Room size just functional but was quite small to dine or watch the small tv. Condition of room is tired, could benefit from redecorating. Easy parking.
