Beautiful Black Hills Log Home with Loft and 360' Views!!

Enjoy your visit to the Black Hills while staying in this beautiful 2500 square foot log home w/loft on 12 acres.
This log home has 2 beautifully rustic bedrooms (1-queen & 1-queen) and 2 full bathrooms (1-large tub & 1 double-shower). Enjoy the views from the very spacious loft which includes couch, chairs and 2 additional twin beds. The lower basement has pull out couch (queen) & triple bunks for kids along with ping-pong table and dartboard. Kitchen is completely furnished with all your cooking needs. The living room offers leather couches to cozy up with the real wood burning fireplace. Dining room includes table with 4 chairs along with additional seating at the peninsula.
Enjoy the morning sunrise along with 360 degree views from the wrap around deck. Deck furnishings include table with 2 chairs on north side, pub table with 2 chairs and patio table with 4 chairs on west side. Have your cameras ready as the mule deer visit the property regularly! Use the propane firepit on the west side of the deck to enjoy the wonderful evenings. (Sorry-no outdoor wood fires allowed.)
Home includes washer, dryer, forced air furnace and central air-conditioning.

Some of the activities inside the home include:
Loft bookshelves with games, puzzles, movies.
Loft 55" t/v with Roku stick, WiFi, and Wii games.
Lower level full size ping-pong table and dart board.

For larger groups, ask about our additional cabin located on the property.

Peaceful stay in a beautiful home

Our family loved staying here. The house was clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful. Our family felt some much peace and got so much rest here. Easy to get to all of the sites/attractions around.

The house was awesome! Our family of 4 (two teen sons) and my sister in law had plenty of space and everything we needed for our week long stay. This was a great home base for all of our Black Hills adventures, and Ryan and Crystal were great hosts. Excellent communication and very helpful with recommendations. The cabin was very comfortable and the property is great. We loved the views out the large front windows.

This place was amazing. Such a beautiful hideaway. Close enough to the attractions, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The home was immaculate! Clean, updated and had everything you need. Owners Crystal and Ryan were easy to work with and very evident they put pride into their properties. Highly recommend.

Perfect country cabin

Gorgeous log home that was at max a 20 minute drive to the middle of Rapid City and just a short drive to all there is to do in the surrounding area!! The kids absolutely loved the ping pong table in the basement, the games in the loft, as well as spotting many deer around the hillside!! Perfect for a family getaway! Hosts were also very accommodating in letting us check in a couple hours early. Very clean too!

Beautiful house and surroundings

We had a great time. It was the perfect spot to come back to after a long day of seeing all that South Dakota has to offer and allowing the kids to play outside, take a walk, make dinner and play games together. With our large group we did run out of some of the toiletries we didn’t think to bring with us (toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags). All in all, it was a great spot for our two families to meet up and spend the week together.

Such a nice cabin!

We enjoyed the cabin and all its amenities. Surprisingly my kids did not turn on the TV our entire trip. They played ping pong and enjoyed the games provided. It was such a nice weekend away!

Fantastic Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful. Our son and his wife loved and slept in the loft. The view, outdoor property, and wildlife were added bonuses. And we had so much fun playing ping-pong in the evenings. The shower with the ceiling heater outside for warming up while toweling-off was delightful. Wonderful!

Hosts were great. Clean home. The location provided a mini escape but was still close to all the attractions. Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay. Wake up to deer in your yard, quiet, ping pong table, fire pit were great.

We loved everything about this house. It was so clean. The beds were really comfortable. We loved the christian touches throughout the house. My son absolutely loved the addition of the ping pong table and dart board. The deck and grill were so useful. The deer in the morning everyday were great to watch. If I had to say anything negative at all about the home, it could have used a few newer towels and pillows in the loft but overall we would give this house a 10/10 to stay at. The surrounding area was breathtaking. The houses around are so nice. It is just a peaceful area to stay at that is so quiet but yet inviting!!! Thanks!

We Knew It Was Going to be Good, But....

This cabin far exceeded out expectations in every way! It was a beautiful cabin, nicely decorated with great views in a picturesque setting. The check in / access was super easy. We felt like we were the only ones on the mountain, but in reality, we were an easy 20 minute drive to Rapid City. This was an awesome home base to visit Mount Rushmore and explore all that the beautiful Black Hills have to offer. 10/10. Highly recommend.
