Front desk associates were not really all that excited to be there or very nice but our heater didn’t work. The manager was nice. Rooms were ok and clean. The cleaning staff were most helpful. Blankets are super thin so bring your own or ask for some when you get there. Hotel was in an excellent location. .

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night and were thoroughly pleased! We had stayed in room 370-a standard suite with a king sized bed. Our first impression was very positive, it was spacious and very home-like. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not to my personal liking. (a little too soft for my liking but could be perfect for someone else). The room's location was directly overlooking the indoor pool-not terrible placement, but the chlorine smell was mildly overpowering but we had both gotten used to it. The only other real complaint we have was the thin walls. It felt like we could hear the conversations from the people who had been booked next to us. Breakfast was nice, the woman overseeing it definitely runs a tight ship, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I would stay here again and I would also recommend it to others! Thanks!

The bed could be queen the bed was a full size not a queen and the room can be more clean...breakfast, i was unable to take breakfast because who thinks that you're on vacation and have to wake up between 7am and 10am to have breakfast...it should be from maybe 9am to 12pm not from 7am to 10pm.

Room was outdated & not so Clean, shower had what looked like mold on ceiling, ice- machine not working down stairs, had to walk up stairs on 2nd floor to get ice, not enough towels/ bath rags, no lid for ice- bucket, tv never worked right.. this Best Western has went down, stayed here few years back & was way much better.. breakfast was terrible

The room was very clean. The walk in shower was a nice update to overall older, but well maintained facility. My room with the faux fireplace was spacious in both the living and bathroom areas. I was surprised by how much storage space was available. The blackout shades were wonderful. My only complaint was a little bit of noise going past my window (not enough to keep me awake), and also an insanely long line for breakfast which was good, especially the biscuits, peaches and yogurt. It's definitely a busy time of year, but it seems like efforts could have been made to keep people moving along.
