This is an okay hotel. Renovations from 2018 very quickly declined. Room was hot. Stayed at 74 the entire time. Bed was comfy though.

The pictures do not match the reality. Inside is a remodeled older building, with old fixtures and dirty carpet. Bathroom not insulated ceiling tiles with mold painted over and gaps in the tiles. Balcony was dirty with spiderwebs, door had a gap opening for bugs to come in. Bed pillow had brown stain on it. Hallways were dark, elevators had damaged flooring, breakfast was gross & limited. All corners in the hotel room were filled with dust & grime. Window seals had dead bugs. Staff was rude and would stare blankly at you just for trying to checkin/out, weird vibes. Gym equipment mostly broken, no mirrors or water. Would not recommend especially for families - surrounding area looks dilapidated.

It’s in a great area to get to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. Staff was friendly and room was clean, although it had a smell. I believe the smell came from the dirty carpet. Also could use an update in the room. I got a handicap room there’s no Towel racks. There’s a light outside the window that stays on most of the night until morning time it finally goes off like 3 AM. So you might as well have the sun shining. The bed could also use a new mattress. :) The hallways are very dark not well lit. It really just needs some updating for the room. It was a good stay except for the smell. I had to go by air freshener.. :)

For my trip, the location and the price were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside, the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and quiet. For a Country Inn and Suites, I would expect the inside to be a little bit nicer, but ok overall. I would stay here again.

Positives: right on the river, free breakfast, comfortable bed, hotel looks like it has been renovated somewhat, pool Negatives: door leading to balcony has significant gaps between the door jamb and door. This means that when it is humid outside it is humid in your room and the carpet is damp. We could hear our next door neighbors through the wall. Dirty and old carpet. Sink in the bathroom has been re-caulked so many times it looks like it is ready to fall off the wall. Very dated overall.

Arrived around 245, first lady checking people in was very sweet. I assume they changed shifts at 3, by time I got to front counter it was 255, NEW lady that took 1st lady's place looked at me and said you're just gonna have to sit down rooms aren't ready and I am not ready to check anyone in yet. Even tho ppl were already being checked in by previous lady. The new one didn't even look to see if my room was ready just held her hand up to me and stated those things and for me to sit down. She had no name tag on and never introduced herself. After what seemed like forever, she said u can come up here. She was just very rude and obviously doesn't like her job. The room was ok, I expected a little bigger room for my price tho, it was kinda cramped even with just two of us as far as the space between bed and fridge/TV. Bed wasn't very comfortable either. Room was clean tho.

Good Pigeon Forge Hotel

Was a nice hotel with great customer service. Was clean. Only downfalls were stained carpet in room and shower ceiling tiles need replaced. Loved fireplace in room. We would go back again.
