We saw minor details that another family may be bothered by them . For our one night stay, it was good enough. . The fronr desk lady was kind enough to give us a 1st floor room since we had our baby.

Bed was very uncomfortable, water wasn’t very hot, hall carpet and room were very outdated, the remote didn’t work to the t.v. And the noise of other guests was awful.

Plugs would push back on wall when trying to use them and covers were broke . Toilet wouldn't flush and walls was patched but not painted . Carpets were dirty.

Booked online and upon checking in they charge you $80 for incidentals. They advertise pillow top mattresses but that’s false. Beds are very uncomfortable. Luke warm water to shower with. A/c unit needs updating control knob doesn’t work correctly.

The A/C It was making a deafening noise, and on the second night we asked for it to be fixed, but they didn't do anything. The staff was very rude; we had to ask for the room to be cleaned, or go downstairs to ask for toilet paper.
