I paid over $300 for 2 nights on a weekend. I booked this one because it said breakfast was available. No breakfast, only coffee and juice. There was not any lotion or conditioner in the room. When asked the desk for some was told all they had was shampoo. It was very cheap shampoo. They did not make up the bed or stock coffee, etc. They only removed the trash. Would not stay again.

This place is a dump! They are so cheap, they don't even provide toilet paper. The housekeeping service was a joke—they came in, took my dirty towels, and didn't even replace them! The spigot in the shower was falling out and had been sloppily patched with silicone in a failed attempt to keep it in. There was only one elevator, which took forever. The staff had no desire to help. I gave up trying to check out because the woman at the front desk was unbearably slow. In fact, several people in line just gave up, left their keys, and walked out. There is absolutely no pride in this hotel. It's dirty, with crummy paint jobs, and is functioning just enough to be called "bookable." Avoid at all costs!

The room was nasty. Furniture gross. Moldy shower curtain. We were there for less than an hour and decided we couldn’t stay there, so we checked out. The smell of the room was unbearable like it had been closed up. Don’t let the overwhelming scent of air freshener in the lobby fool you. We requested a refund and it was denied.

The reception was not welcoming very cold, staff never asked what floor i preferred and when i got there they had several to choose from.. they claimed on website they had complimentary breakfast but when we got there they had a paper saying they no longer had breakfast just juice and coffee. The beds were hard felt like sleeping on the floor.. lastly the bathroom, the toilets were so small made for a toddler, they didnt provide shampoo and conditioner not even on the wall there containers were empty with black stuff dripping out of it..

Breakfast was available Sunday and Monday but not Friday or Saturday. I didn't expect it at all so it was a plus Bed was comfy and room clean.Cleaning staff came everyday with fresh towels and got the trash.All the staff was pleasant.

The tub was discussing. The sink counter top was stained . Very old n outdated. No alarm clocks, young kids that were there for car show keep leaving the back door opened for anyone to walk right in. I would never recommend this hotel to friend's.
