Nyt viehättävä loma-asunto, joka nukkuu jopa kuusi, Montgomery-koulu oli kerran täysin toimiva yksityiskoulu, jota hoiti äitini ja isoäitini!

Olen viettänyt viimeiset kolme ja puoli vuotta huolellisesti kunnostamalla sen 2 makuuhuoneen 1 kylpyyn, joka on mukava m��kki ja nyt olen innoissani jakamaan sen maailman kanssa! Kouluhuone on täynnä historiaa ja miellyttäviä muistoja ja olen asettanut tämän paikan henkisen historiallisen elementin sisustukseen!

Nauti omasta viihtyisästä ja yksityisestä tilaasi kirjaimellisesti Dollywoodin kynnyksellä! Istumalla patiolla koulurakennuksen takana, voit nauttia kauniista näkymistä Parrot-vuorelle ja katsella raitiovaunua, joka vie ihmisiä puistoon.

Olen modernisoinut keittiön ja täyttänyt sen kaikella, mitä tarvitset aterioiden nauttimiseen yhdessä mökissä!

Se on lähellä Dollywoodia ja Splash Country on täydellinen paikka pariskunnille tai perhelomalle. Sijainti tarjoaa myös helpon pääsyn Pigeon Forgelle, Gatlinburgiin ja Sevierville.

Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on taulu-tv HD-kaapelilla ja olohuoneessa iso näyttö 55 "4K UHD TV HD-kaapelipalvelulla ja 300 W: n Bluetooth-soittorivi. Meillä on Blu Ray DVD ja kirjakokoelma nautintoa varten sekä täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja!

Vanhan koulun viehätys kohtaa modernin mukavuuden kätevässä paikassa! Pidä mieleenpainuva oleskelu ainoassa jäljellä olevassa koulurakennuksessa, joka on vuokrattavissa Pigeon Forge!
Mökki on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Dollywood's Splash Country. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi porealtaan ja pyykinpesutilat. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Charming one level cottage perfect for a family getaway

We absolutely adored this schoolhouse cottage. It was everything we needed as a family of 4 for a Pigeon Forge getaway. The location was amazing! We were within a 3-7 min drive to everything in Pigeon Forge and 15-20 mins to Gatlinburg attractions. One thing we really found to be special was this cottage was one level and fully wheelchair accessible. As a family with a disabled child this was very important to us and something that is hard to find in the Pigeon Forge area. Communication with the host was great, and they were very responsive and helpful with all questions we had. We really enjoyed our trip and the schoolhouse cottage and hope we can return!

Adorable Schoolhouse!

We stayed at the montgomery schoolhouse cottage. This place was in a great area and we had the best experience! It was clean and cozy and we got to bring our two little dogs. We loved it so much we extended our stay an extra night. The host, Melinda, was phenomenal as well. The hot tub wouldn't come on and within an hour of messaging them, it was fixed! We can't wait to come back!

I will start with the positives about this rental. The location is great! The land around the property is great for kids and dogs to play/walk. My kids loved the arcade game. The bad started upon arrival. We arrived at night and not a single light was on. Which was scary and thankfully we had flashlights. Needs basic maintenance, cobwebs, bulbs out, clock out. The bathroom toilet had issues and there were ants in the bathroom (large ant hills on property). The hot tub was dirty(owner was quick to respond though and have someone clean it). Outdoor area not very inviting at night around hot tub because there is no lighting other than a few solar lights and ants all over the inside of the box that has the outdoor cushions. Also, the entry french doors could use some curtains because they are mirrored so at night you cannot see out but someone could see in which is creepy. In the end, we made the most of it and do believe this place has great potential, but based on our stay I'm not sure how it has a 9.8 rating.

Good location, needs better cleaning

The house is in a good location close to The Island, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Very private with no direct neighbors and plenty of parking. Not very clean; every room had cobwebs on the ceilings, doorways and trim all had black fingerprints, bathtub had mildew around the rim and floors had not been swept.

The host was helpful & quick to respond. Checkin & out was flawless. We stayed 2 nights, walked to Dollywood in 15 minutes without issues. We could barely see the DW fireworks through the trees. It must have rained before we got there, the outside furniture cushions were left out & soaked , along with the small stack of firewood, so that was not available for our use.The one big issue was the smell from the bathroom,toilet, we kept the door shut & flushed as little as needed., bad enough that we would not stay here again.

Overall a really nice experience

Very quiet and private for where it’s located. You could walk to Dollywood or ride a bike if you wanted to. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and everything there. Positives: comfortable furniture, fast internet, plenty of room, kitchen appliances and utensils are well stocked. Also a nugget ice maker.

Property nice, clean. No light at kitchen sink, low water pressure, only one closet, kitchen cookware very used. Tried to use a spatula and it broke, we bought and left a new one.

Clean, Convenient, and Charming

My family and I were thoroughly impressed with this place! It is family-friendly, clean, and well-maintained, with the extra charm of embracing its history as a schoolhouse. Both bedrooms are spacious, the bathroom works well, and there's lots of space for a family to hang out and spend time together. The Foosball coffee table and arcade were both hits with my kids, and the outdoor area was a hit for my spouse and I. I also liked that it felt secluded to a degree, but major Pigeon Forge attractions were short 5 minute drives away. Overall, we liked this place quite a bit, and would love to come back whenever we visit Pigeon Forge again.

Perfect for dogs

Our stay was great. Perfect location. We walked to Dollywood. It was great for anyone with a dog. Our dog really enjoyed the upper yard. It is flat and surrounded by bushes, like a fence. We could play frisbee with him up there. Would definitely stay here again.
