The room is designed to be your own personal retreat, complete with a cozy

reclining sofa and matching recliner, perfect for lounging. A flat-screen TV

provides endless entertainment options, while soft lighting creates a cozy

ambiance that will make you feel right at home. Whether you're curling up with

a good book, watching your favorite show, or simply relaxing after a long day

of exploring, the living room is the perfect place to unwind and recharge.



Kitchen/Dining Room:

Indulge in creating culinary delights, where the fully-equipped kitchen is

designed to make cooking and entertaining a breeze. With stainless steel

appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, you'll

have all the modern amenities to prepare delicious meals or make yourself a

snack. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a coffee

maker, pots and pans, utensils, and dishes, so you can focus on creating a

culinary masterpiece. From scrambled eggs in the morning to a hearty dinner in

the evening, the kitchen is the perfect place to cook up some memories with

your loved ones.

Enjoy the tranquil woodsy and ranch views where the property owners live on

the same property as the barn with their friendly dog, Levi. You'll also find

their lovable horses in the barn and adorable chickens roaming around the

farm, adding to the charm of your stay. Sway in the rocking chairs on the

front porch with a cup of joe, serenaded by the tuneful melodies of songbirds

every morning. Unwind on the quaint deck and grill steaks and veggies on the

brand-new gas grill.

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.



Location/ Roads / Parking:

This barndominium can easily be accessed by motorcycle or vehicle. Level

parking for two cars. Just 5 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 20 minutes to the

Smoky Mountains, and 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. You will find a Dollar General,

Kroger, or Food City nearby. With a great location, you're just a short drive

from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.

10am

Cancellation Guarantee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason

up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay

worries, we will work with you to cancel or move your dates.

Damage Coverage: Covers up to $250 of unintentional accidents to the property

(any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be
