Quick trip to Pigeon Forge

The hotel room was clean and nicer than expected. My family enjoyed the multiple pools and hot tubs and the continental breakfast. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay while in town!

Great location right next to Publix with 24/7 indooor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is included and they offered eggs, sausages, buiscuits with gravy, yogurt, apples, bananas, cereal, waffles, juice and coffee. The hot options were quite flavorless and I wish they would mix it up every day, but other than that, the hotel was perfect for my 5 day stay.

Unusual housekeeping schedule

Our family of 4 stayed here for a short vacation. This hotel is quiet, has a good breakfast and is in close proximity to many attractions in Pigeon Forge. We easily walked to the Island several times. We did not use the pools, but there were 2 (one inside one building and one outside the other building) and they seemed nice. They also have a laundry room in the back building, which is nice if you are on a longer trip with the whole family. There was daily towel exchange, however our beds were not made daily. I noticed we did not have a clean duvet on the second night and requested a new one. It was replaced. In most of my hotel experiences, a room is cleaned while you are gone for the day, but that is not the case at this hotel. We returned to our room at least twice and housekeeping had not been there until later in the afternoon. That might just be the way they do things there, but I prefer to have my room cleaned earlier in the day if I am there for an extended time. Overall, a good place to stay.

We had 4 rooms and 16 people stay for 7 days and 6 nights. The location was perfect. It was centrally located to where we were going to be for the week. Plenty of food options near by, a grocery store, and attractions. Laundry facilities were nice. Breakfast was great and fresh every morning. The pools were great! We really enjoyed our stay!
