Normally don’t do reviews but this experience was so bad I felt the need to communicate it. We arrived to the hotel to be checked in which went relatively smoothly. Upon arriving to our room, we found that the room was filthy. There was dried urine and hair all over the toilet, the shower was filthy, hair all in the sink, stuff all over the floor, comforter had stains on it. There was even a key left in the room from where the previous people who had stayed had left the key which indicated to me that the room had not been cleaned. This was communicated to the person at the desk immediately who apologized but offered nothing other than a different room on the total other end of the hotel. We moved there and had a decent first night. The next morning, we asked for a toothbrush and were told they had given them all away, then after this the keys did not work for the room. I went to the desk to have new keys issued and waited a very long time to be helped as the lady working the desk took forever to sign one person in that was in front of me. She then spoke to me like I was stupid, saying it probably wasn’t the right key. I informed her it had been working just fine up until that morning. Following getting new keys, we left for the day. On arrival that evening, we found that housekeeping had yet to come in the room and provide new towels. My wife went to the desk at that point and requested that a manager contact us. We were told one would but never received any communication.

This was a last minute stay. The check in lady was very sweet and the room was very clean and we just loved it. There was a hot plate, microwave and a very decent sized fridge and freezer also. No complaints at all. We will stay again.

Stay on second floor so you don't have to listen to the ceiling all night if someone is walking above you. yes, I understand there will be some noise, but the amount heard was nonsense and sounded like old house floors. bed ok breakfast was frozen Bisquit's no not warm through still frozen in middle coffee could stand up and walk gravy was white water shower was not dirty but not clean Will not stay again due to location, noise of building and just felt uncomfortable while there.

The room are updated ish. If you have a kitchenette it would be nice to add pots, pans etc. Typical make it prettier but don't go to far. Aminals roaming off leash. Pass on this one.

Fine for the price, not handicap accessible

The location was great, the service was great, and it was very clean. The breakfast was average, but good. When we got there, the door was broken and wouldn’t lock. They immediately switched our rooms, with no push back or issues. However. We booked a handicap accessible room since I have a spinal injury. Our “accessible” room was on the second floor with no elevator access. So I had to use stairs. Thankfully, we weren’t making a lot of trips up and down them, so it was manageable for me this time, but if I was having to use my walker or if someone had to have a wheelchair it would not be manageable.

Outside is a little outdated, does not look like the picture but over all room were clean, bathroom was nice. Kitchenette was a nice touch. Safe place to rest for the night as we were on out doing activities and site seeing most of the day.
