Everything was great. We didn’t get a balcony room like we booked and paid for, the day of check out the elevator and doors didn’t work, so loading was very difficult. Staff were extremely nice and humble.

I woke up several times cold. Then the heater came on an blew cold air on me. Finally the heat came on and stayed on until it was almost too warm. I talk to the front office. The temperature spread could be reduced. However, it’s set by corporate policy. It’s sad that profits are more important than customer comfort.

Although we came with a pet and took our pet with us, our room was not serviced and had to ask for it late one night when we returned and it was not a complete clean up. The dog was with us so they could have easily entered the room to clean.

This is our second time to stay at a Towneplace Place property. The scent of the hotel upon arriving is very pleasant - fresh and clean smelling. Love the modern decor and the convenience of the kitchenette and large size bath. Everything was very clean and Breakfast was very good. Staff was the best. Very friendly and helpful and welcoming. Definitely will stay there again.
