Note: There is no air conditioning in the home. There is an attic fan and opening all the windows and doors allows for a very nice breeze in the home. Fans are provided in all the bedrooms and there are ceiling fans in the two main floor bedrooms. Nightly temps drop on average down to the High 50's and 60's during the summer nights.

Entire house is yours to use with the exception of 3 storage closets that are locked in the basement. Keyless entry codes to the home will be provided the day of your arrival.
Other things to note
Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. Pets of any kind are also not permitted. Violations will result in a $300 fee.
