Beautiful home in the middle of 60 acres. Incredible views and just 5 minutes from Fall Creek Falls. Fish in our 1 acre lake or just enjoy the beautiful views from the back porch. This is a large two bedroom with a big open living space. There is a king bed in the master with a full bathroom. there is a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway. Kitchen is open to the large living room and comes with everything you need. All linens are provided. There is a washer and dryer available for your convenience. There is a propane grill on the back porch.

House was well kept, kitchen has way more than I have ever seen in a vrbo home, every utensil, etc was available, this was great. Didn't use internet or turn on TV, read books and enjoyed conversation, give it a try! The views from both porches were fantastic and enjoyed a nice evening of country quiet with my wife here, 10/10 highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect!! There were 4 of us on a 3 day waterfall adventure and this was our second stay on the trip. The peace & beauty of the property was great!! The home was clean, we had a fully stocked kitchen and we used it & the grill!! We were greated by horses and donkeys that were so sweet!! Thankful for the washer and dryer as we were on motorcycles and weren’t able to pack much so that worked out well. Thank you so much for your beautiful home

Peaceful, Relaxing, Beautiful Scenery

This was an amazing place to stay for my son's spring break. The house was neat and well stocked with all of our needs. We enjoyed hiking at Fall Creek State Park, fishing in the pond right next to the house, and interacting with the horses. My son roamed all over the fields with them and they were very friendly. It was very quiet in the evenings. We also enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard and even booked an extra night. We will definitely be returning to stay. 5 stars isn't enough. The host was also easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions.

Awesome stay!

Super cozy property 10 min away from the state park. The horses are friendly and came by a few times for treats and pets. My friends and I had a lovely 2 night stay - would definitely come back.

Fall Creek state park

The 2 bed 2 bath home was perfect. If you want privacy, covered front and back porches, nature all around, peace and quiet, this is for you. Blue birds, red headed woodpeckers, geese, horses and cows were around us and we loved it.

Great time in Pikeville

Started with a beautiful sunset. Treated at sunrise with friendly horses and cattle roaming the fence around the house. Used grill and fire pit on the back porch. Huge beautiful pond beside the house - all perfect for a relaxing stay.

Mini getaway

Great memories with my two grandsons enjoying the time with them and the animals and fishing. It was spacious and fun and very clean will be returning. Hopefully we can get the family together for Christmas.

Views were great! A little fishing in the pond, and peaceful viewing of the livestock. Even for a farmhouse, felt like the attention to cleanliness and presentation was lacking.

Farm house

This house we ended up renting for about 3 weeks. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable. The best thing about this whole house is the view though. You cannot beat it. My kids loved petting the donkey and horses and the sunset every night was breath taking. Def recommend this house and staying there
