The location of this beach house was very nice. The area is a great place to take a family vacation. This beach house is nice looking from the outside. But do yourself a favor and do not plan your family vacation here at this beach house anytime soon unless some major changes take place. Get your deposit back before it's too late and find another place. You will thank me later. The photos listing this rental do not represent the current state of the property. The interior of this beach house is absolutely filthy. My wife reached out to the owner (Valerie) upon our arrival on Thursday, May 8th about the condition of the interior and for the large rental rate we paid for this beach house we surely did not expect to walk into what looked like a cheap wore out hotel room. We actually bought cleaning supplies and cleaned some of the surfaces ourselves. Today is Tues May 12th five days later and there has been NO response from the owner (Valerie), NO COMMUNICATION at all to this point. How can you have supposedly a 2 million dollar beach house and the inside of it be on the same level as a low budget roach motel...? Furniture, walls, ceilings, stairwell railings, carpet, windows, basically EVERYTHING except for the linens were absolutely filthy with dirt, grime, and mold. Pictures are worth more than words. I took just a handful, but they speak for themselves. Take a look and draw your own conclusions as if you want to spend your family vacation in such conditions.
