Whether you're planning a romantic rendezvous, a family reunion, or a weekend adventure with friends, our spacious chalet caters to all.

Embrace the serenity of our peaceful enclave, tucked away on a secluded dead-end gravel road, ensuring utmost privacy. Our property stands out as pet-friendly; pamper your furry friends with a dedicated fenced area designed just for them!

Step inside to discover a realm where contemporary meets rustic. Revel in brand new amenities, from our well-appointed kitchen to our cozy living spaces. The main floor showcases a luxurious master suite complete with an ensuite bathroom. Venture downstairs for laundry facilities, versatile sleeping arrangements including twin beds and a full-sized sleeper sofa, and an additional lounge with a TV. The upper level houses two ambient bedrooms accompanied by a pristine bathroom.

Set in the idyllic neighborhood off Williamson Creek Road, the gentle hum of gravel underfoot and the whisper of the breeze offer a harmonious backdrop. With limited public transportation in the Brevard region, we recommend a vehicle to explore the myriad attractions. Ample parking and dedicated bike storage enhance convenience. For mountain biking enthusiasts, easily access the basement storage area to the right of our iconic blue door.

Second time as good as the first!

This was our second visit to the Blue Door Chalet. Just an awesome place to stay. Very open floor plan. Great fenced in yard for the pups. Both times we stayed there the place was exceptionally clean. Definitely will come back again.

Great house!

The house was great and we loved visiting Brevard during the day which was an easy car ride away. Communication with the owner was wonderful. She really helped put my mind to ease during some nearby fires. We are so grateful we left during rain and hope those fires are contained soon. See you soon WNC!

Expectations met!

This private chalet was everything we needed this long weekend. Pictures were accurate. Perfect for our three fur babies and our family of four. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs to play and enjoy the stay as much as we did. Private home but not far away from downtown brevard, shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was 8-10 mins away. The host has a binder with useful information on local favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My family and I tried all the local favorites and they were great! Kitchen was well equipped. Fire pit was perfect. Enough towels and blankets. Board games. The property was clean and our check in was smooth. We arrived very late at night and Jenna made sure she left the outside porch lights on for us. Throughout our stay Jenna was quick to respond. We checked out this morning and that was also very easy. Would definitely book again!

Brevard Oasis

I don’t know where to start!! Located at the end of a quiet road, this house has it all. It’s one of if not the cleanest houses I’ve ever stayed in! Very comfortable and plenty of room, everything is updated and convenient. Our dogs were able to join us and they enjoyed the fenced in yard as well as watching the MANY deer around each evening. Very close to downtown Brevard. We will be back!!

Great spot near Brevard

Fantastic spot both near Brevard and seemingly in its own little world. Communication with the owner was fantastic and helped us explore local bike trails and find good spots to eat. Brevard was fantastic and the biking in Pisgah and DuPont were outstanding. Indoor and outdoor spaces at the unit were perfect for our needs, kitchen was great and rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely return again.

Just far enough in the woods, yet close enough to amenities. Everything is just minutes away. Seeing the white squirrels and deer on the property is an added bonus.

Cabin camping

Just a wonderful experience! We are veteran campers, and, because of our age, must stay in cabins instead of our pop-up. The windows in this place made us feel like we were outside. Boys had a great fly fishing trip, and we loved the deer and the white squirrel. I named him snowball.

Brevard Easter weekend getaway

As someone who uses VRBO alot. This property was exactly as described. The location in regard to downtown and our land was great. The owners allowed for our four legged family to join us. The fenced yard was a plus. Will definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for adventures around Brevard

The house was great for our stay. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. It’s a short drive to many hiking locations and everything Brevard has to offer.

Fantastic Place!

We loved our stay in this cabin! It was perfect for our family of 5 (three teens) to be together but also have enough space to spread out when needed. The cabin is in a nice secluded neighborhood - we saw deer every day in the yard. The house is extremely clean and well kept! It was super easy to communicate with the owners and they were very helpful whenever we reached out. I would absolutely recommend to stay at this property and we look forward to returning next summer!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

The property was clean and very nice. It was a great location convenient to Brevard and a lot of hiking in Pisgah and surrounding areas. We traveled with our dog and having the fenced in yard for evenings/nights when we returned was great. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area. We also got to see one of the local white squirrels on the property.

Perfect Biking/Hiking Location

We loved the Blue Door Chalet! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable, quiet stay. The house was the perfect hub between Pisgah and DuPont, and our family of 4 did a lot of mountain biking, hiking, rock sliding, creek swimming and making memories! It was so nice to have a cozy, yet modern place to stay for the week. We will definitely book again💙
