Check in was fine they were informative about the amenities of the hotel, When we got to our room it was mostly clean but the chair in the corner had some interesting looking stains that we didn’t care to find out what they were. When we came back from an event we stepped out of the elevator to a mouse running around the hallway and it tried to run into our room. The bed was very firm but we were so tired we didn’t care. The hotel also isn’t the most ergonomic considering the check in is on the first floor but the parking lot is on the second floor so you have to take an elevator just to check in.

I would definitely not stay here again. The neighborhood is trash. Right by a loud highway and frequent police sirens. People sleeping on the sidewalk outside some obviously strung out. Others arguing loudly in the street. Overall sketchy neighborhood. The stairway was closed for no apparent reason. Had to wait for a slow elevator. Came back to check in and there were four other parties waiting while there was a note on the desk. This was around 9pm. We finally get the room. Smelled musty. Water rings on the side table. Bed looked thrown together. It just looked and smelled funky.

We checked in early. First room was not cleaned properly. They upgraded us to a king suite which was fine but needs cosmetic work & toilet is not anchored to the floor properly. The stairs were all blocked off and only elevators were working. They also charged us for parking for two days and we Ubered to the hotel.....Property is under new ownership and needs work. Suggest giving new owners time to get it up to proper standards. And it's a 20 minute walk to PNC not 10 as we were told.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and rooms were very clean. Area is questionable, a lot of people on the streets needing help. Shortened the stay from 2 to 1 night which they were very nice in accommodating us returning the 2nd night room fee.
