Being prepared for large guest groups.

Overall very good. The main negative was that I don’t think they were prepared for the basketball tournament’s additional guests that stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It was little things like the need for additional staff to help with breakfast or clean up the common areas like the first floor restrooms. This happened the last time we stayed at this location when the baseball playoffs occurred and the place was overwhelmed by more trash overflowing with delivery pizza boxes and the need for additional staff at breakfast and more cleanings in the lobby.

Clean, comfortable and super-accommodating

We had to travel for a funeral with my 90-year-old father who had some special needs. The hotel staff was super-kind and accommodating for all of our requests. The accessible room was spacious, and we especially appreciated the little fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if the need arises.

Loved the shower without a bathtub and the roominess of the room. We could go downstairs and use a table and chairs to play games. And the breakfasts were delicious! You had a variety so I could enjoy my yogurt and granola or oatmeal and a boiled egg. And my husband could enjoy his eggs and whatever else you had. Plus, you were close to Wendy’s which is my favorite fast food place where we could walk to it. And there is food there to eat if we didn’t want to go out.
