This is a TERRIBLE place. The tub was cracked and had paint flaking off of the inside. There was a spider in the room. We had to ASK for our trash to be emptied. When we requested clean towels at 8:45 am we were told housekeeping was not in until 9 and to call back. When we returned. we were told that maintenance would bring them in about 30 minutes or so. Finally had to go to front desk lobby to get them ourselves. Parking lot is full of major potholes.

Very scary for my daughter and me. The room was dirty, the bed linens had burnt holes in them, there were bugs on the floor we didn't even want to sleep there that night. Could not reach anyone at the front desk on the phone. Rooms had a very unpleasant smell. We had the room booked for three nights but immediately checked out the very next morning. Now trying to get our money back.

When I checked in the lady was on the phone. I had to wait like 10 minutes to check in. After that I was given a dirty room. I had to go back and the next room was worse. The tub was old and with mold and mildew. The refrigerator didn't work and the AC was warm not cold. Do not stay here it's not worth the price.

Bad hotel

It was bad they gave us a used room the room had bugs in it the shower head was coming out the people next to us was up and loud all night and walking back and forth all night making our dog bark when we was there people the people keep going ouside when we go outside even when we bring our dog outside
It was like that when they gave us the room
The sink was clogged up when we was trying to wash our hand it got clogged up it looked like someone messed it up before we got into the room
The shower head was off when we went in the room the shower head looked like some was trying to pull it off
In our first room 338 the ac wasn't work then the coffee thing was nasty in they sent us to room 335 and it was worser then 338 there was a bug in our room and there was no latch on the door

The room needs a deep cleaning and overhaul. The door lock took 4-5 tries before it finally opened. When the door opened, the room smelled stale and musty. The air conditioning / heater cover was coming off; we attempted to adjust the unit fan, but to no avail. The floor of the room was dirty and sticky. After showering we washed our feet again before putting on our socks and shoes. In the shower the previous guest's used soap and shampoo were still there. The bathroom door (which didn't close properly) has streaks / stains of something running down it. The knobs / handles to the dressers were sticky. The (king size) bed is worn and lumpy. It needs replacing. The furniture is chipped and worn. The room is sloppily painted. Paint from the building exterior is splattered inside the door, through the cracks around it since the door isn't properly weather sealed. We realized that the property is a Red Roof Inn, but it's supposed to be their "Plus+" brand. It isn't. The reason we gave the property a '2' and not a '1' is because we woke up safe and without bed bugs.

An okay stay!!

The room was just OK. Clean but just old. After traveling I just wanted to relax and watch some TV. FRUSTRATING experience. Instructing me to download something on to my iPhone. I don’t think so! But I finally figured out where the controls were on the back of the tv. Grateful for the iron to freshen up some packed clothes for the rest of my Pittsburgh visit. The shower was wonderful — full and hot.
