Hotel room 318 - hole in ceiling above shower head, no coffee pot so we couldn’t make coffee, couch cushions had stains all over them. Bed was comfortable, pillows could use some help.

The check in was very slow due to a computer glitch. When I showered this morning I discovered that I did not have a blow dryer in the room. I had to walk to the lobby with wet hair since they did not answer the phone. We were staying in an almost $400 Executive Suite. Not up to Marriott standards.

We have stayed here numerous times and the old place is starting to show her age…carpets a lil worn; elevator smelled like bug spray (instant headache); got pretty stuffy from HVAC…don’t know if it’s some mold, or mildew, but definitely noticeable. Really lacking on any utensils in our room: only one big serving spoon! Breakfast ok, staff is great. Could use a bit of a makeover. Thx.

We loved the room and the area was nice and easily accessible to the venu we were going to!! However, the morning we were checking out of the hotel there was a lady named Tanika?? I don’t quite remember her name all that well, but she was so unbelievably rude to us. She asked my boyfriend and i how we wanted our receipt and I didn’t quite catch what she said, so my boyfriend just said paper receipt, and she said "What?" and so he repeated himself and she got an attitude and asked him "why are you talking to me like that?" and genuinely he was just responding to her question, with no attitude at all. Then she went on to call him socially awkward and laughed at it a bit. So unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful to say to a guest who is just trying to check out of the hotel. Other than her, the stay was great.

Not what was expected!

Booked for family while daughter was filming in the area. I have used the Residence's Inn for other trips in other states and have always been pleased with the comfort and cleanliness. This time the rug was torn in several places. Stains on sofa and rug. Door frame to bathroom all chewed up or scratched from some kind of pet. Wallpaper was peeling. There was a a sheet on one of the beds with holes in it. Food from former customer left in kitchen. Definately not worth what I paid for. Took pictures to show management so we wouldn't be blamed. Would not stay there again.

Great stay

We were only there for 1 night but the stay was very nice. There was a cute little kitchen with a full refrigerator and a stove top which was nice for bringing in leftovers from our dinner. Would definitely stay again.
