Great location near PNC Park. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Conveniently located near a hop on hop off bus stop to tour the city.

Pittsburgh SpringHill Suites

We were attending a Pirates baseball game. The hotel was across the street from the stadium which made it so convenient. SpringHill Suites did everything to make our stay perfect.

Not satisfied at all

The front desk clerk charged me twice for my stay and it took a week to get refunded. I asked for towels and they were never brought up. No ice on our floor. The breakfast was wiped out by 8am, no refills of the pastries, no coffee. Then the elevator went down. The hotel was packed and the staff did not seem able to accomodate. I was very dissapointed with a Springhill Suites by Marriott being such a poor stay.
