The first night, the shower gel dispenser was broken, I text the hotel per instructions, the response was warm and friendly and patient, but the issue is the problem was never fixed, even after multiple interactions. I suspect I was talking to AI. There is zero human contact in the whole process, the concept is new, probably can save operations cost. it is okay unless things broken. I ended up having to buy a shower gel myself from the store. The hotel should do a better job to include real human to address real problem.
