Flowers Vacation Rentals is proud to manage Mirasol Mini Villa which is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sleeps up to six people and is part of the Mirasol property. This unit can be rented by itself or with one or both of the other two units that are part of the property to accommodate anywhere from 1-14 guests (see VRBO #'s at the end of this description). Mirasol Mini Villa has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a table that seats six, a spacious living room, a large deck overlooking the yard, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bathroom that is shared by the other two bedrooms and can be accessed from the living room, and a laundry room with washer and drier. The property has beautiful landscaping, is steps from the beach and is within easy walking distance to many excellent restaurants and several grocery stores.

Parking notes: No parking available at the property. You can only reach the home by foot. If you do bring a car you can choose to park it either at the basketball court (3 min walk from the home) or by the pier of Placencia Village (5 min walk from the home)
Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.

Most relaxing time

This was the most relaxing vacation yet!! The town is so fun, people are friendly, and the beach was phenomenal. Marisol Villa was the perfect location to everything. Our favorite spot was Tucan Jacks!

Nice location.

This spot is almost on the beach, close to great restaurants and the best gelato on this side of the world. The home was clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. Our showerhead was broken tho.

Great Location

The location was awesome for walking throughout Placencia village. Very close to great food and entertainment. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Pool was out of commission for repairs but the management got us access to a nearby pool and made it not an inconvenience. I’d recommend this place and stay here again.

Just what we needed

This place was in the perfect location for us! We could walk everywhere in a few minutes. Loved how close it is to the beach! Pool was a plus for just relaxing too! The living space in this unit was perfect for the 6 of us.

Nice place

The apartment was pretty well equipped and served our needs well. The pool needed cleaning so we didnt use it and there were some minor maintenance issues, that did not really affect our stay, we advised housekeeping about.

Great apt in the center of the village

The Mirasol apt was perfect! Great location right near the beach and sidewalk. The apt was very well furnished and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The pool was a nice feature to have on the hot, humid days. Ron from Flowers Property Management was amazing, he was super responsive and assisted us on anything we needed. We will definitely be looking to book again next time we are in Placencia.

Winter Break

Placencia is a beautiful little town. The beach was awesome! Our house was very comfortable, and Imelda made all the difference!! She was quick to respond to every one of our little questions and concerns, which helped us to feel at home. The little bar at the hotel in front of us was very friendly and a great place to hang out during the day. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back.💖

Great Family Stay

Sorry for the late review. We had booked Marisol for a trip for my adult brothers, sister, Mom, and myself to visit a relative in Belize. Upon arrival the host met us and informed us that the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom was not working, but they had already contacted an electrician to look at it. Turned out the unit was bad but the crew was there the next day to replace it. This was just an example of the great service that the host provided, and the unit itself was clean, spacious, and close to the beach, restaurants, and docks. Definitely a great deal and stay.

Great place for 3 couples

We had 3 adult couples (65 in ages) stay at Marisol 3 bedroom condo and we loved it. The kitchen was very complete, as we did make our own food several times. The master bedroom was large and comfortable with its own bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms shared a bathroom, which worked good for us. The BEST things about this place was that we had such good "customer service" from Dwayne Flowers and his team. We got into town in the rain, with lots of traffic and road construction and we could not find our place to park. We called Dwayne Flowers and his assistant sent someone to meed us within minutes and she helped us park, and walked us to our condo. She was so helpful and kind. We would definately visit again to Marisol 3 Bedroom Condo.
