Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. A covered deck overlooks the beach and provides the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon naps in the hammock, or dining outdoors while enjoying the sea breeze. For a true tropical experience, there's even a whimsical outdoor shower where you can rinse off after a day in the sun.

The beautifully landscaped grounds are filled with coconut palms, banana trees, mangoes, starfruit, and soursop. Stone pathways wind through the property and lead directly to your own stretch of sandy beach. Flirty Fish is also pet-friendly, allowing one dog under 30 pounds for an additional fee, so your four-legged family member can enjoy paradise too.

Your stay includes everything you need to make the most of Belize's incredible coastline. Take advantage of the two three-person ocean kayaks, custom-built beach cruiser bicycles, snorkeling equipment, portable beach chairs, coolers, and water toys for endless days of fun on the water.

One of the property's most unique features is the small coral heads located just 100 ft offshore. When the water is clear snorkel directly from the beach to discover colorful tropical fish and vibrant coral formations, try your luck fishing from the shoreline, or, during lobster season, catch your own dinner right from the sea.

Despite its peaceful and private setting, Flirty Fish is conveniently located between Placencia Village and Maya Beach. Within minutes, you'll find excellent restaurants, lively beach bars, local shops, artisan vendors, fishing charters, diving excursions, snorkeling tours, and even Belize's only bowling alley.

This is a self-catering vacation rental and guests will be required to sign a separate rental agreement and house rules prior to arrival.

Basic starter amenities are provided; additional supplies may be needed during longer stays.

The yard may be serviced during your stay to maintain the property's tropical landscaping.

For guest security, four exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas only. No cameras are located inside the home.

Please note that, in traditional Caribbean cabana style, the bedroom walls do not extend completely to the ceiling. Guests requiring complete sound privacy should carefully review the property photos before booking.

One dog under 30 pounds is permitted with prior approval and payment of the pet fee.
