Looking for a peaceful countryside escape, away from the hustle and bustle while still being close to the highlights of the Côtes-d’Armor? La Belle de Plaintel welcomes you to a spacious 200 m² countryside home, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. A dedicated games room, table tennis and table football are waiting for you!

Enjoy 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living areas, 2 terraces and a large garden where you can relax, enjoy outdoor meals or simply make the most of the peaceful surroundings. The perfect setting for a getaway with family or friends.

After a day exploring the beautiful Breton beaches, the Côte de Penthièvre, Saint-Brieuc or the charming surrounding villages, come back and enjoy the comfort of the house. Share a meal, cook on the plancha or enjoy a drink on the terrace. Here, you can slow down, breathe and simply enjoy the moment!
🐾 Dogs are welcome: they can enjoy the garden, provided they do not go on the beds or sofa and their waste is picked up. A welcome kit including a toy and food/water bowl is provided for your four-legged friend.
🤝 A few house rules to preserve the peaceful atmosphere
The house is intended for relaxing stays: parties and festive events are not permitted, and the maximum capacity is 10 guests. The house is non-smoking, and meals should be enjoyed in the designated dining areas rather than in the bedrooms. Please also respect the neighbours and the tranquillity of the surroundings.

✈️ By plane: Rennes-Brittany Airport is approximately 1 hour away by car. Nantes Atlantique Airport is also accessible in around 1 hour 45 minutes.
