Villa has half an acre of private garden and is no more than 50 meters from the beach. Its architectural style respects the Cretan aesthetics, tradition, and the environment with no compromise in comfort.
The exterior of the building and grounds are beautifully designed and include a large private pool ( 40 sq.m. ). Villa has a lovely comfortable sunbathing area. There is also a pergola and a stone-built barbecue.
The interior of the villa comprises three floors. The ground level has a spacious lounge, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms each with a private bathroom and balcony.The balconies have a breathtaking view of the sea. In the lower ground floor, there is a double bedroom with α bathroom and a single bedroom (an 8th person can sleep there on a sofa bed).
