Hemmottele luksustasi seuraavalla lomallasi majoittamalla Chan Bahlum Penthouse # 3, nimeltään 'Casa Paraiso' Playa Del Carmenissa. Olemme vain 10 askeleen päässä kuuluisalta 5th Avenue -promenadilta. Kris was very responsive. The condo was equiped with most items, clean but the condo itself is very dated and alot of things did not work. Hopefully Kris works those things out. If you have any mobility issues don't rent this as there are many steps and the stairs to the roof top are very traitorous. There were a few things I would suggest, chairs for the beach would be very convenient and maybe have the guest leave a deposit, the locals on the beach charge so much to sit at the beach and they buy up all the chairs at the stores so you can't even buy one, not Kris's fault, just an observation.over all it was as we expected. The unit is for sale at a good price as well...

This property has a great location. It has been partied hard and put away wet, The place could use a deep clean and some up keep. The plunge pool has no pump, the deck needs a power wash and good scrubbing. The couch is worn out with a huge stain on it. The door to the master washroom is rotting, the shower heads in both bathroom have major leaks, the main bath shower head is green(CLR) might fix it. I cleaned all the screens in the ac units as they were full of lint. Stove is very finnicky when you try to cook on it, keeps turning off. The washer doesn't cycle to do a load, throws up error codes. The frying pans should be thrown out and the utensils are garbage. All the door jams are dirty. Like I said this place needs a DEEP clean. We stay in Playa 1-2 times a year and have never paid this much for a penthouse that was so run down. The pic of the dirt was what I swept up the first day on the deck. When we checked in first thing we saw was garbage under the kitchen counter. We had to ask them for a BBQ which they did provide. The owner ghosted us on the last day when we asked for a later checkout knowing it wasn't rented that day . Thanks

We just got back from our vacation in Playa Del Carmen. I am so happy that I found Casa Pariaiso for our accommodations! As a group of adults, the experience at this condo was exactly what we were looking for. 2 couples stayed at Casa Pariasio for 1 month & loved it. The 2 good size bedrooms had very comfortable king size beds. The sunken living room takes a day or two to get use to. There was construction next door but wasn’t overly loud & definitely didn’t deter us from spending a lot of top on the rooftop deck. The plung pool allowed us to cool off from the heat. The rooftop deck is a definite plus! The property was in a fabulous location (1/2 block off 5th Avenue). There is a grocery store about 3 blocks away and Walmart & Mega are a quick 10 minute walk. The beach is only 3 blocks away. The owner was very responsive & great to communicate with. Loved this place & will definitely stay again!

Great condo, but a lot of noise from construction seven days a week, plus Fifth Avenue noise which makes it difficult to sleep. The pool is great. The condo is great just not a great location for us.

Excellent location if you want to be close to all the action and beach.

The property is beautiful but is alittle worn out. Bathroom taps leak and the toilet handle broke off. It would have been a huge time saver if there were garbage bags, sharp knives, and toilet paper, you know, some of the basic necessities you would find in a home. Overall it was really good but could use some attention to details.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Parisiso the first week of February 2023. The condo is as pictured and very clean. We felt the building was secure and was in a great location - 1 block from 5th Ave and a 5 min walk to the beach. The owner (Kris) was very responsive to a couple of minor issues we had with the water cooler and tv. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, great condo!

We stayed at "Casa Pariaiso" for nine days this June. There were four of us, (myself, wife, and two adult children) and we were all very impressed with the place. The private rooftop was amazing! The grounds around the condo are beautiful, and it is at an excellent location for shopping, restaurants, and walking to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The owner, Kris, is so nice, and helpful. He answered all my questions. Thanks again for sharing your place with us! Cheers!

Great condo, great location. Can be a little noisy outside at night however, it's right off the main strip so that's to be expected (it's PDC). The roof top deck is a absolute oasis, spent an entire day up there and honestly was better than going to the beach for a change of pace. Some upgrades could be addressed but overall wouldn't hesitate staying here again. Also, a shout out to Hector the driver recommended by Kris. He really expedited our transportation in a courteous, professional manner. To Kris and his crew, muchos gracias !!!

Amazing retreat in the Heart of Playa Del Carmen

Wow, this place is terrific. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, friendly, and accomodating and the location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Playa, just off 5th avenue. The rooftop terrace was an absolute paradise with lovely plants and decor and the stairs that lead up to it, which originally looked kind of intimidating, were actually pretty grippy and safe. The place was immaculately cleaned with extras like hand sanitizer and wipes placed strategically throughout the condo, which, during a pandemic, is an extremely thoughtful touch. They obviously have their guest's health and comfort at top of mind. The pictures don't do the interior justice. It is so pretty and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on while on vacation and that says a lot. I'm a terrible sleeper and usually have a very hard time adapting to a new bed. I would definitely come back to this little slice of paradise!

Kris was amazing to deal with, quick to respond and it is apparent he is very proud of his rental. Erika the property manager was very efficient with any questions we had. Our driver Hector was so nice and made our transition from airport to condo seamless. One of the nicest perks was the constant supply of drinking water. There is a stocked shelf outside our door.

Perfect location with teenagers

The Casa Pariaisio was excellent! Everything what we need. We stay from December 23 to January 2 2020. We rent a car for three days. We went to Tulum one day. The next day, the boys went to the Bike Park while we enjoy the beach club 2 min from there. The last day of rental, we drove to a small village to catch the ferry to go at Holbox island. Beautiful. Husband and teenagers went deep sea fishing while I enjoy the beautiful beach. This is our 6th time at Playa Del Carmen. We will definitely come back.

Stayed here over Christmas. Excellent location for popping out to enjoy everything that 5th ave has to offer. The rooftop patio was amazing, and was the main reason we picked this place. Air conditioning worked great, the condo was clean, and was pretty quiet considering the proximity to 5th ave. The condo would certainly pose some issues if you had young children or mobility issues as 3rd floor and sunken kitchen area, but was not an issue for us and our 10 and 12 year old kids. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to its location, which I think is the only reason I did not rate as 5 stars. Kris was very accommodating with our departure and arrival times, which was nice for an early morning arrival. Arrival and departure was great as we used the pickup option that was offered for a pretty reasonable price. Hot water was limited, but as long as all 4 of us did not need to shower within half an hour of each other, we were fine. All the other guests and residents in the building were nice and respectful. Overall, if stay in playa del Carmen again, I would certainly consider staying here again.

Lovely condo, perfect location

We stayed here beginning of July. Prior to booking I had communicated with the owner a few times and he was excellent to deal with. We used private airport transportation recommended by the owner and I would not hesitate to do so again. The condo itself is exactly as described. The AC worked perfectly. Wi Fi is great! Everything is very clean. Stove, microwave, stove top, blender, laundry washing machine, all worked great. The only thing I missed was a dishwasher which the condo does not have. Even though we used a lot of paper plates and plastic forks so we wouldn't have to do dishes, anytime we cooked in the condo, we were still left with a pile of pots and pans and such to wash. Addition of a dishwasher would be amazing for this condo. I love the peaceful setting of the rooftop terrace. Even though it's located in a fairly busy area of town, you could barely hear any of the street noise when lounging up top. We also used the charcoal grill on the terrace, which was a really nice option to have. The location was perfect for us. We're not beach people, so it didn't matter that we were a couple blocks away from the ocean. For those that are beach goers, it is only a 5 minute walk to get to. We loved being right on 5th Ave. We walked around Playa Del Carmen every day. The grocery store and liquor store are also within walking distance. And for small random items, or ice for the blender, ;) , there is a convenience store one minute walk from the condo. Secure entrance is great. We felt very safe here. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and had a fabulous vacation. Dorothy & Clint

Friends Trip 2018!

We cannot say enough about Kris and his lovely condo! It was perfectly clean, the bed was SO comfortable (in both rooms according to our good friend who stayed with us), the balcony was perfect for the huge thunder storm we had, and the rooftop served as a great dance floor! To say the very least, we had a spectacular time, and will be staying here when we travel to Playa again! The key faub and the door code were so easy...I lose everything, and I didn't even have to carry anything to gain access to the condo! It was brilliant (there is a hidden key you can get to at all times). The location is perfect as well! Thank you for being a text message away Kris, we will be in touch!

Awesome Place!!

Perfect place right in the the heart of town! Walking distance to shops,restaurants,bars, and beach. The people in Playa are super friendly and we look forward to going back soon! Absolutely Loved the condo and Playa!!
