Bad business

I booked and paid to stay here. After a day of flights and bus travel I finally arrived exhausted to have them tell me that they have no rooms. I had even walked there with my luggage from the bus station. They didn’t seem to care.
It’s a pretty junkie place.

Near Quinta Avenida and Calle Constituyentes, this property is wonderful ! Very modern and spacious and clean. Easy walk to everything in Playa Del Carmen. I love the Acapulco style chairs!

When we first got there the condo had a funky smell. The bed sheets were not changed before getting there, and there was dirt on them. Also the internet was not working, and the tv was not functioning. There is no provided blankets only sheets. Everything else was fine and had a good time.

Great location, disappointing facilities

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The location is great in the heart of downtown near grocery stores. I have stayed here before and liked it. However, they are understaffed and it is beginning to show! The pool was dirty and full of algae when I arrived. They attempted to clean it, but did not stay on top of it or the filter didn't work. It was dirty for most of the week that I was there, and I did not get in. The internet dropped sporadically. The cleaning service was very slow to respond. It's a great building, but can use a facelift throughout.

La propiedad está bien, pero yo renté la habitación para venir a descansar y el acceso de la alberca estuvo el domingo cerrado por otros propietarios que están haciendo uso del área y pusieron una cadena y un candado, sin permitir el acceso a nadie más. En recepción nadie te sabe decir porque, pero simplemente no pudimos hacer uso del área común.
