We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We were received by a warm greeting, check-in was quick and received all the information we needed. Our room and the common areas were clean. There seemed to always be someone around to city up and keep the areas clean. Room was impeccable, staff very friendly, bed and linens cozy, and the rooftop poo was a haven. Fri and Sat night music from the bar across the street was VERY loud but stopped at midnight—bring your earplugs and a vacation attitude and you’ll live being in the thick of it in lively Playa del Carmen, one block from beautiful Playa Mamitas beach, and in easy reach of everything you need. Bonus—Trattoria del Centro is just up the street and has the best Italian food and atmosphere in town!

This was a perfect hotel for our family. It was close to the beach and 1 block away from 5 Ave. Everything we needed was close by. And the rooftop pool on the property was amazing. Not large but perfect for us with sea views. But the best part?? The staff. They have the best people: Ricardo in the parking, Yoan and Alma at the front desk, Ricardo and Sandi in the restaurant. They were the best. We will back at this property again and again. Thanks for everything!!!

Fantastic room, spacious and nice view. Great service and really nice pool area. However it was lacking a bit when it came to communication and information, also the gym could use an upgrade. Also the bathroom had an awful smell sometimes, despite all this we would stay again.

this is a brand new hotel, everything are in mind condition.. beautiful space beautiful decor and very simple and minimalistic .. hotel is in a great location 1 block from 5th ave and 1 block from the ocean and the famous mamitas beach club.. staff was excellent , breakfast was good with some good choices .. pool is on the roof and has amazing views .. this is a small hotel maybe 30 rooms but exactly what you need if you are visiting g playa del carmen..

This hotel is very new and is going through its growing moments which we see as an opportunity. We have loved our stay - the beds are actual queen which we appreciate. Love the rooftop pool. The room was spootless, well decorated. We were worried because of the noise we have asked for a quiet room and it was very quiet. Well located as well. The breakfast included was a la cart, not too many options but really good and yummy. The avocado toast and pancakes were some of the best I had. But sometimes when the restaurant is full they take a lot of time to serve... whem they are full, they should make the essential things as a buffet (like coffe, juice, souces, etc) The parking is a bit small but the staff at the parking is very polite and can acommodate you well
