We want to inform you about our gym facilities and a few important guidelines.

If you plan to use the gym during your stay, please let us know in advance. We need to register guests prior to arrival to ensure access to the gym throughout your stay.

Additionally, please note that due to limited space and for the comfort of all guests, only two people can use the gym at a time.

You will be able to access the entire condo including all bedrooms, bathrooms, balconie, also the common areas such as the roof-top with the swimming-pool and lounging area, etc. You will receive an email shortly after booking on how to check-in, including Wi-Fi password and all other pertinent details. To respect your privacy we will not bother you after check-in unless you need us. Feel free to reach out to us at anytime if you have any questions.

● Please notice we only provide bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

● This unit accepts long-term rentals. If you are interested in extending your stay or booking for a longer period, please let us know in advance so we can assist you with availability, special rates, and arrangements.

● Please follow the complex rules.

** Please note that any refunds issued for any reason shall be minus the credit card or payment processing fees, since we are not able to recoup this amount from our end! **
