The Space:

Treat yourself to an exceptional holiday in this house that redefines the phrase ‘sea view’. Situated right on the edge of a sandy beach in Porstall, this property offers a spectacular, breathtaking coastal panorama, where the sound of the waves will set the pace for your holiday.



The ground floor centres around a large open-plan living area, bathed in natural light thanks to its large bay windows facing the ocean. The cosy living room, featuring touches of turquoise blue in harmony with the sea, invites you to relax and unwind. It opens onto a convivial dining area capable of accommodating large family gatherings. A separate, warm and inviting wooden kitchen, fully equipped, also has its own dining area. Practical and designed for everyday use, a utility room is located directly adjacent to the kitchen, ideal for storing your shopping or handling laundry in complete privacy.

In the centre of the room, a solid wood spiral staircase adds an elegant architectural touch and leads to the upper floor. Optimised for space and rather narrow, this staircase requires caution, particularly with young children or when carrying bulky luggage.



Outside, the living area extends onto a large terrace, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining with views of the open sea.



Upstairs, the accommodation comprises three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom:

The first bedroom features a double bed (140x190 cm) and large French windows opening onto a private balcony offering a spectacular, sweeping view of the sea. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.

A second bedroom, ideal for children, furnished with two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be converted into a queen-size double bed (160x190 cm).

It also has an en-suite shower room, equipped with a toilet.

A third double bedroom with a minimalist feel, fitted with two single beds (80x190 cm), which can be converted into a queen-size double bed (160x190 cm), and featuring its own en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin and toilet).

This floor offers comfort, privacy and convenience for a large family or a group of friends.



The Annex: A Private Retreat Overlooking the Ocean

To complete the property, an annex situated right next to the main house offers a self-contained and intimate living space. The ground floor features a cosy little lounge-diner, a functional kitchenette and a shower room with a toilet.

Upstairs, the atmosphere becomes decidedly cosy with a mezzanine opening onto the living room, leading to a bright bathroom with a bath and a second toilet, as well as a charming attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm).



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
