Discover this lovely stone house located in Plouguerneau, perfect for a romantic getaway for two. Nestled near the sea, this 40m² house offers an ideal setting for a relaxing time together.



The interior has been carefully arranged for your comfort. The living room dining room is ideal for sharing good meals or relaxing in front of a film or sporting event on the television.

In the open-plan kitchen, you will have all the necessary equipment: an induction hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle and all the utensils you may need.



On the night side, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140x200) will allow you to spend peaceful nights and an independent bathroom with shower and WC will allow you to relax after a long day of activity.



The property has a small enclosed courtyard perfect for relaxing moments outdoors. A barbecue will allow you to enjoy warm summer evenings around good grilled food.

Le site de Lilia est probablement un des deux ou trois plus beaux de Bretagne. Possibilité de promenades côtières autour du site de l'île vierge, ou point de d'attache pour rayonner dans la région. Marché sympathique à Plouguerneau le jeudi matin.
