Not a bad little place. Rooms are nicer than expected but the overall condition of the property and its location were a little sketchy. Not a bad experience and the staff was super nice! Id stay here again.
The room's condition was average. The water pressure for the shower was near zero. The complimentary breakfast, was milk juice and cold cereal? The waffle maker was broken most of the time.
This was one of the dirtiest hotels we have ever stayed in. There was a bloodstain on the top blanket on the bed and dirt and who knows what else on the other bed. There was garbage on the floor and the tub didn't drain. We asked for another room because this first one was disgusting! The second room wasnt any better so we went and got sheets and put our sheets on the bed in order to even be able to sleep. In the 2nd room there was brown stains on the wash rags and hand towels. Customer service was the worst. The male at the front desk was very rude and argumentative. Worst stay ever! I would never recommend this place in fact I would deter everyone from even thinking of staying here.
When I presented my Visa Card so they could return my deposit, the man behind the desk told me that I would see item in a few days! At that moment I requested a receipt or a note, to show that fact in writing. I was denied and told to leave the premises, by the lady who runs the place. Necessity took me there! NOT AGAIN AND NOT MY FRIENDS EITHER!!!

Staff were super nice, but this property is right next to I15 and is very noisy. The smell of pot can be overwhelming at certain points as well.

Ok stay
The room was basically clean. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The sink was slow draining. The room needed several small repairs that didn't really affect the stay but affected the overall first impression. It just made the lace appear old and rundown. Staff were friendly and polite.
The stay was good, but the walls are terribly thin and we could hear the other rooms conversations and every action as if we were in the same room. This was the same with above us where we could hear every footstep. The cleaners also ignored do not disturb signs on doors, and attempted entry after being asked to wait. Also expedia will not allow you to upgrade or change your room if you encounter unforeseen issues like these if you bundle your trip. Once you reserve, the deal can only be canceled without refund and you will pay for the new reservation regardless. Staff was awesome, breakfast was good enough. Toast, waffles, coffee, cereal, juice. Simple enough. Get a room on the second floor if possible and make sure your room does not have the "adjoining door" feature.
They require an additional $50!charge for your stay suppose you get back in a few days. Also the choice for breakfast is either white or wheat bread and waffle mix. However I was inable to even get that because another used all the mix. Coach had stains on it. The blinds exposed you to the outside woke up feeling exposed to the outside. Bed was uncomfortable. Not wore the money at all.
