We received a $50 credit voucher for the restaurant and were told at breakfast we couldn’t use it as it was only valid for dinner. Nowhere on the coupon did it say only valid for dinners.

Nice staff, close to a grocery store and highways. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Small pool and gym. Room cleaning was very hit and miss and I was surprised they would provide towels that were in need of replacing. The cleaners kept leaving cups and towels but not taking others so they would stack up. They made up the bed some days and not others. They left tea and coffee some days and not others. HI seems to be trying to be environmentally friendly, but tons of Keurig cups used and they kept leaving more and more packets that were just garbage (sugar etc) and I obviously wasn't using them. Otherwise a good stay. HI should think about changing to a kettle and tea bags and coffee packets

Very inviting outside, in the lobby and at reception. Room was ordinary but adequate. Great location for our purposes. Snow prevented our access up the hill to the main drives.

We had such a great stay. The beds were comfortable and we loved having the little kitchen to save us money on eating out so much. The location was perfect for us as well. Our family really enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Thank you again!
