● We don't allow any kind of loud music, outdoor/indoor speakers. This is not negotiable.
● This is your home, not a hotel. Guests are requested to keep the space clean before leaving.
● The villa is 3 km from Pokhara, with some off-road sections. We recommend using our car services if you need one.
● Each bathroom has a 30L electric geyser. During colder months, space showers 10 minutes apart for the best experience.
● NO - smoking indoors, pets, parties & loud noise of any sort.
● We are in close proximity to the nature, so expect bugs, flies, etc.

GUEST ACCESS

The villa is a standalone building with its gate and compound. Guests will have their keys, allowing for 24-hour access to the property.

OTHER NOTES

● Gas, water, and electricity are valuable resources in Nepal. Please use them mindfully.
● Occasional issues may occur, but we act quickly once informed. Nepal offers a unique experience—some flexibility goes a long way.
