Casa Ardito is a lovely and characteristic vacation cottage in the historic center of Polignano a Mare, with enchanting sea views.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and safe.

The apartment is on several levels, connected by lovely spiral stairs.
 
On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchenette, sofa, TV, table and chairs. On the second and third floors there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms.
Finally, on the penthouse floor, in addition to a convenient indoor kitchenette, there is a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Casa Ardito is an old house, completely brought to new splendor, equipped with the most modern comforts for a relaxing vacation. Many architectural elements have been recovered from the ancient home, giving it an authentic charm.

Casa Ardito stands in the historic center of Polignano a Mare. The waterfront and all major services are within walking distance.
The small beach of Cala Monachile, in the center of Polignano, is just a 600-meter walk away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
