TD Villa Fico Jo Villa with Pool & Lush Garden

Villa Fico Jò is the perfect place to spend a holiday in total relaxation, just 5km from the center of Polignano a Mare. The villa is equipped with every need: a comfortable indoor kitchen with island and pool view, relaxation area with sofa and TV, and a large table with benches. Three comfortable finely furnished double bedrooms, one of the three with a private bathroom with a large stone shower with double shower head. The second bathroom, also with a shower, serves the rest of the house. A large gazebo adjacent to the house gives shade to the outdoor table with benches and a view of the pool. The latter (6 x 12 m) is equipped with sun loungers and shade. Stone barbecue and bar area with sink and refrigerator. Adjacent to the bar there is a comfortable bathroom serving the pool and an outdoor shower. Garden with lawn and fruit trees and private parking.
The villa is located exactly halfway between Polignano a Mare and Conversano. In Polignano a Mare you can enjoy the typical Apulian cuisine offered by the restaurants with a view overlooking the sea, or simply sip a special coffee. In Conversano you can visit the famous Norman castle and enjoy the crisp air in the evening, being high above Polignano a Mare. Not far away are Monopoli with its crystal clear beaches, Castellana Grotte with its famous Caves and Alberobello, the well-known city of Trulli, a UNESCO heritage site.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.


In case of need, two extra beds are available, on request and at an extra cost.
For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras, in the outdoor areas, to protect the owners and the guests themselves.


The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00 .

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
